Great showroom, terrible service! Surprised this place has great service reviews because any time I've been (and it's been several) 9 times out of ten it's like my mom and I don't even exist, so much that I dread going there. Coming from a customer service and business background, this really bothers me. I'm not sure if it's because of lack of personnel, but no one even greets you when you come in and if they are busy (granted they typically are) it's as if you are invisible, not one person assures you they will be with you to help after they are done with the guest they are helping, even when you're obviously just standing there needing help.
The only saving grace today was after asking someone for help, the receptionist (i'm assuming was the receptionist) offered to help after overhearing us. She also offered us drinks which was nice of her & even though it wasn't in her department noted what we needed to order so it could be ordered the next day.
Other than that there's only been one other time where someone has bothered to help us and when the kitchen fixture was ordered, it was the wrong one. The granite for the sink was already cut using the fixture we received (we didn't bother to check the fixture, assuming it was the correct one and the contractor cut it already)so at that point it was too late to return without financial repurcussions.
Don't come here if you want decent service and/or the correct stuff ordered the first time. You'd have better service at Lowe's or even the dollar store! I always hope they prove me wrong when I go, but it happens every time.
The staff was super friendly and very helpful and informative of times and estimates

Called Pro source and ordered wood floor. I was told by Amanda that the flooring should take 2 weeks to come in. She called me about a week layer to let me know everthying had arrived early. Great people and good company to work with.

Always enjoy workingbwith the ataff at ProSource. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and always helpful to my clients selecting finishes for their new homes.

We were very pleased with the service and help we got at Pro Source. Leah helped us with every decision in selecting the tile and other things needed for remodeling our three bathrooms. I highly recommend ProSource.

The ProSource team is always available to help make my projects successful. Whether ordering samples for me to use on site - to offering budget friendly alternatives when needed, Leigh Anne, Mike and everyone at this location goes above and beyond to help. I have found it is best to make an appointment so that my time - and their time is the most productive.

Not a great experience. I would not recommend them to anyone. They have a nice showroom but that's where it ends. Their prices are higher than Lowes for the same flooring even with their "discount." They would not take back unopened extra boxes of flooring even though they stated they would. They were given a piece of flooring to match and they said they could match it, but when it came in it was not exactly the same so our floors do not match exactly. No returns or consideration for that. I did purchase two types of flooring and tile along with padding, glue, and caulking. They were late delivering even though they said the material was in stock because they required that my builder provide them with measurements. Had to reschedule work and wait for flooring. Their estimates for overage resulted in two complete boxes left over which they refused to take back. Very sales oriented.
