Just tried the new Ace Hardware home repair service and could not be happier. Made our appointment and received a message the service technician Joel Wild was on his way. They included a picture of Joel and the details of the repair. Joel arrived on time was extremely pleasant and very professional. As my wife was alone with me at work it made her feel very comfortable meeting a stranger and knew who he was and what he looked like. Joel assessed or repair needs, went to the local Ace Hardware store and immediately made repairs. Joel made sure all was 100% correct and that he cleaned up behind himself. I rate the service as 10 stars and Joel was every bit a 10 plus. Will most definitely be using the service again for home repairs.

Joel did an excellent job on repairing our floors. He showed me what was causing the problem and then repaired it. He did a great job restoring the molding and cleaning up the mess. I was very impressed with his work.

Ace Handyman services is my go to for quality service done timely and as scheduled. Nancy and Mary follow up with you right away and tell you what’s needed from the beginning. The professionals, Kevin and Joel are kind, courteous polite men and capable of completing various tasks.
