These guys Rock!! Best team ever! They explained my true problem and how they were going to fix it. They completed the job leaving no residue. Thank you for loving your job. I would recommend you to anyone at any time.
Home warranty sent this vendor to me.
When I spoke to the company by phone on 5/14, I was told that I was the only client in Vicksburg on schedule for 5/16 and the hot water heater would be replaced.
Russell comes out and says he has several customers to service in Vicksburg and Byram; and I could possibly be serviced next week. He informed me that the replacement of a water heater could cost almost $3000. He sent me a quote for 749 out of pocket expenses.. but the home warranty told me the vendor submitted $900÷ out of pocket.
At the end of he day, in very disappointed in the services offered by Draingo
I explained to the vendor that I am a caregiver for my disabled mother who can only use the bathroom on that side of the house. No empathy shown at all.
Now on top of that, I do believe the vendor couldn't have given 1st Home Warranty all of the details because the cost to replace is not 3000...

I am so impressed with Drain Go! if you have plumbing issues, please contact them as they are very kind, professional and very knowledgeable about plumbing. Ask for technician Jaylan. I don't think you will be disappointed because this company is truly phenomenal!

Had a broken pipe in our front yard. Drain Go came out, located the leak and they repaired it quickly and professionally. We are lucky to have had Drain Go to address our problem. Would highly recommend them to everyone!

Absolutely great service. It's Saturday evening, the night before NYE and the tech, Dylan showed up within one hour of me contacting the company. He was professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. He was quick and efficient. Definitely will be contacting them again.

I used my home warranty to have a tech come out regarding the water pressure. DrainGo was the service provider and Patrick my tech. He was quick, knowledgeable and accommodating. He also made some suggestions for future maintenance and repairs.
