Russell was great. He went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and advised next steps. The job couldn’t be completed the same day but he assured me that he would be back the next day.

The plumber was very friendly, very knowledgeable. He got our house very quickly after he identified the problem. He let us know what he had to do to fix it and was in and out pretty quickly.

When I spoke to the company, I was told that I was the only client in Vicksburg on schedule for 5/14 and the hot water heater would be replaced on 5/16. Russell comes out on 5/16 and says he has several customers to service in Vicksburg and Byram; and I could possibly be serviced next week. The estimated amount given to me was $749 ... he said replacing a hot water heater could cost almost $3000. I explained to the vendor that I am a caregiver for my disabled mother who can only use the bathroom on that side of the house. No empathy shown at all. Now on top of that, I do believe the vendor couldn't have given 1st Home Warranty all of the details because the cost to replace is not 3000... and FAHW told me that the vendor said my out of pocket would be 950

Yesterday I had two young men out at my house to install some new taps. They were very thorough with the job and even called the big boss when they were unsure about an issue with a missing part. The best part of my experience is that one young man found one of my diamond rings in the u-bend and promptly gave it back to me, I was unaware that I had even lost it. Very honest indeed. Will definitely use again

Russell was persistent and patient to say the least. He did a great job. My only complaint was the late time he was at our home. I have an elderly parent and the time caused some disruption. But I appreciate him getting it done.

Our experience was wonderful. They were professionals and experienced. When they started with our sewer system, they ran into problem, but immediately contacted the right people and got the process going to be able to complete the job. When everything was approved they couldn't complete the job for another week because of prior job commitments and we understood. They arrived a week later as promised and completed the job. We are so thankful to them for going beyond what was required of them to make sure the work was completed. We are very satisfied.

Very satisfied with the work from Draingo. We used our American Home Shield warranty. Their work was top notch, took care of the issues we were having, informed us during the process and were easy to deal with. We will recommend them to our friends and family.

My hot water heater needed replacing and a friend recommended Patrick at Drain Go. He was able to work me in the next day for a service call confirming that and also worked me in for the installation. He and another employee were very efficient and timely in finishing the job, as well as answering all my questions. They were very professional.

I used my home warranty company and they sent someone out who would not even really look at the problem. These were fine upstanding gentleman who found the problem right away and finished the job efficiently and correctly. Highly recommend this company. They know wheat they’re doing and they’re humble and honest.
