Reno came for the regular maintenance check and was very thorough. Also, fixed out fireplace. Had a question on reposing a sink and gave me a very honest answer with pros and cons. Made great suggestions without being over pushy. Recommend.

The workmen showed up within the time provided by the office and asked good, detail-oriented questions to get started. After looking over our AC equipment they confirmed our thoughts. After discussing our needs for this specific issue and future issues a decision that was good for both us and the company (an upsale.) Both Dakota and Nick were polite and helpful. They explained each step clearly and all the options we had for repair and continued longevity of our unit. Appreciate Mitch Wright company for their quick work.

Dakota did a thorough job of cleaning my unit. He removed the cage, top and outside surroundings of the unit. He also sprayed some solution using a hose connected from his vehicle. None of these steps were performed by previous tech. Dakota did the job that I thought I had been receiving all the time. He is a great technician.

Dakota has been to our home a few times and he is always so friendly and respectful. He reviews all options for repair with us and explains everything he has done. He has saved us and our pups from the summer heat more than once and we will always recommend him and Mitch Wright.

My unit was not cooling well and these guys came and took great care of me! Everything was explained to me, they were extremely polite, wore foot covers when entering the house. Unit was installed only 2years ago, needed repair to leak and reinstall of coolant. Done quickly and efficiently and then suggestions were made for perhaps attic cooling fan, why need and quote given. Great service, well done. Even office staff were great attitude always made my day to talk to them! Good honest businessmen! Thanks to you all!!!

Dakota was my tech today. Calm, quiet, friendly and professional. It didn’t take long for him to find the problem and suggest a tiered stack of solutions, from the temporary fix of a Freon charge, the replacement of a few components that were weak and soon to fail, or the replacement of our 19 year old equipment. I’ve used Mitch Wright before, and once had a poor tech that made me resistant to call today. But I know the company and the owner, and they do dependable work for a reasonable price. Dakota proved that today. Excellent service. And I love being given options.

Not only was he punctual, but the attention to detail and thoroughness of the work were beyond commendable. Dakota took the time to explain the thermostat settings, ensuring that we understood them, checked all the system units and freon level, and installed two surge protectors.
