Very friendly, great selection of stone for a good price
We unfortunately ended up having a terrible experience. We did a new build in 2023, and our cabinet maker had used Counter Connections for a lot of his projects. The process began seamlessly, and our counters were installed very quickly. There were a few issues we noticed immediately and more once final cleanup was completed. Dustin came out to check the issues and possibly do some repairs at the same time, but he didn’t feel comfortable with the work and wanted the owner to come out. Brad was contacted, and he came out within a week to inspect our concerns. Multiple areas in our granite were cracked or chipped, the clear caulk was already yellowing, and the island was slopping. Brad reassured us that all would be fixed- the cracks would be smoothed/filled with one area in kitchen being completely replaced, the clear caulk should have been white per Brad, and he would have it replaced, and he would get with our cabinet maker to make adjustments on slopping island. We were encouraged by his demeanor and “no problem” attitude. We were told they were coming out the next week for the fixes. We had to contact them several times after they didn’t show and were finally told the replacement piece broke in transport. We then had a difficult time getting in touch again, and finally a tech showed up with the replacement piece (the veining did not match and Brad did not send a pictures for us to approve it like he said he would.) My husband asked the tech about the other issues that were supposed to be addressed, and he stated he wasn’t here to fix those those. We called Dustin and Brad immediately without an answer. From then on, we could never get them on the phone. We called the office, and they were unaware of the issues but then stopped responding as well. After many attempts, we sent an email then a letter addressing our concerns. Our cabinet maker also attempted to make contact on our behalf and after seeing the issues himself. After no response, we contacted a lawyer who had us send a certified letter and still no response. We unfortunately feel we are at a loss on this but want other families to know of what happened. After our subcontractors recommendation and reading reviews ourselves, we did not think this would be the case with this company.

I am very meticulous about selecting any business to complete a project. I ALWAYS read reviews about a business prior to making a final decision. I called Counter Connections and the next day Dustin called to set up an appointment to measure the countertops. Dustin measured our cabinets the same week that I called. Camille provided us with three distributors that they work with to select the stone of our choice. After selecting the granite Camille provided us with a reasonable estimate. We advised Counter Connections that we wanted them to install the granite countertops and backsplash. The men that installed the premeasured granite were very professional and hard workers. Shortly thereafter we were able to enjoy a beautiful professional kitchen. All of the staff from this business worked smarter rather than harder. If I could have rated this company with ten starts I would have done so. A special thanks to Dustin and Camille for everything they did to ensure that we would be pleased with our new kitchen! We will definitely use Counter Connections again for any future remodeling projects.

The staff at counter connection is the greatest! Every question I had was answered even after hours and weekends. Camille was an awesome sales person and made sure I picked a countertop for what I was trying to do in my kitchen! Brad was very helpful as well! Installation was quick and very professional! I would recommend everyone to this business

Started off not so good but they were short handed the day the install was to be done overall they did a great job on my granite kitchen countertop.

We used Counter Connections for our kitchen and would give them more than 5 stars if we could. I contacted the store and told them my budget and color scheme and they had pieces waiting for me when I arrived. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. They worked within my budget to find countertops that I love. The installers were very friendly and efficient. My husband and our contractor friend, who are both very picky, are really impressed with their work. My husband had been a skeptic at the onset of the job, but has been won over and loves it. The job was completed within two weeks of my first visit, and we could not be happier. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for any additional projects.
