My mobile home is 1,280 square feet with a straight roof. The insurance company paid for the roof and some of the inside damages from limbs going through the roof. I had three holes in my roof. I like my new roof but I never thought it would cost $5,636.51. That was the complete insurance check plus my $500.00 deductible. The roof for this mobile home shouldn't have been more than $3,800.00. So therefore I'm paying out of my own pocket to remodel the inside. As a single woman I'm really frustrated with being taken advantage of. I'm really disappointed in Pro Shingle Roofing.

Walter and Landon were always prompt and very helpful with every step of the process from helping with the insurance adjuster to making sure all repairs were completed quickly. The crews were very professional. They were trustworthy and I loved how they cleaned up everything once they were finished. They matched the color almost exactly. It looks great. We loved how easy Walter and Landon made this entire process from initial roof inspection to insurance’s inspection/approval to completion of a new roof being installed. We had no experience in this area and the Hoppers guided us along the way with wonderful advice and knowledge! I would recommend them to anyone!

I was selling my house & had a new roof installed a few weeks before it was to go on the market. The install seemed to be fine, except the workers kept at it until 10:00 p.m. at night, disturbing the neighbors & my kids/newborn baby. We had several issues post installation, that they kept saying would subside. My inspection reports from the buyer had issues with the roof installation. After coming out twice to do actual repairs that were needed/sited, they tried to force me to say I would not call them back out at all. I refused to say that, just that I wouldn't as long as there were no further issues. Now 5 months later the new buyer is having the same issues with the roof, nail pops.
