Justin, London, Wes and the rest of the team we worked with were professional, thorough, timely, and kind.
We called them based off of a friend’s suggestion, and were very happy. They made several calls to our insurance company on our behalf, kept us up-to-date throughout the entire process via text and call, made sure to pick up all debris around the house, and overall just were nice, friendly, and trustworthy people.
My dad recently visited from out of town and used to install roofs, he commented on how great of a job they did. We worked with some other contractors in the past getting other exterior updates done and although they we were pleased with their work they weren’t companies we’d necessarily recommend to friends. This team is one I’d recommend wholeheartedly. They were very easy to work with when it came to working out a payment schedule as well. The quote wasn’t the very lowest we received but it was a great price and we didn’t mind paying a little bit extra to have a communicative team who did everything right the first time.

I'm in the middle of dealing with insurance claim from wind and hail damage. Hank Parks is my service tech pro from this company and he's been very helpful in guidance with dealing with this matter. He has been here 3 times and meticulously noted marked and photographed all damage and been right alongside the inspector from my insurance company making sure everything is noted and recorded. He's spent almost 3 hours total on my roof working tirelessly to help me through this process. At this point even if insurance denies full roof replacement , I promise you this will be the only company I use for any repairs or future renovations. They are very thorough and detailed and they take pride in their work and more importantly THEY CARE ABOUT HELPING THEIR CLIENTS! Its not just about the dollar and at the end of the day it's totally worth the dollar it cost to have a company like this that you know you can trust. 10000% HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

They did an excellent job with my parents house. Britney Peoples handled everything! She's extremely courteous professional and treated my parents like they were her own! I highly recommend if you ever need any kind of roofing or repairs done check with them first. She will do the very best she can to get you the best rate possible!

Amazing company to work with. I just had my second experience with using Southern Roofing & Renovations. Joey was quick to set up a time to swing by to inspect the issue. We used Southern Roofing and renovations and we couldn’t be happier! These guys are very professional the quality of work is absolutely amazing. When we had the inspection done these guys were very detailed and made sure we were understanding on what was going on. We absolutely love our new roof!
