Horrible customer service. The lady told me that no one would be able to come out that day to fix my door. I told her that I would call someone else, and two men showed up 5 minutes later.
Called 5/17 for a glass shower door. Receptionist said it would be added to the work queue for a measure. 6/7 and still no call. Its a good thing I called a competitor b/c they measured the next business day and had installed before Custom Glass ever called to measure. Unacceptable.

I recommend this place for anyone needing glass, doors, and garage doors!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and the men were really nice and respectful.
