We had a liner replaced. Ryan did a great job. We asked if they could check several things, including the pump and filter. Nobody has checked either. The filter is leaking water. The pump isn't working. We have spent over $4,000.00 and can't even get in the pool.
Since this review, everything has been fixed, and we are now enjoying our pool. Backyard Pools even called and have offered to replace our start-up
chemicals for free. They are nice people willing to make their customers happy.
Very nice people, good customer service...
BUT, damn their prices....
Better to buy ONLINE...

Bought a pool from them about 10 years ago and never had a problem. Just had a 33ft installed and is filling up. Crew was great. Rusty was very easy to deal with and would highly recommend.

Used them for years, Ricardo was the driving force for good service. Very friendly and supportive. Ricardo is gone and it’s no longer the same level of professionalism and service.

We went in yesterday (5/30/23) and got the wrong drain cap for our sand pump. We took it back today and was given the another one. Ricardo is eager to greet you and help you make the right decisions for your needs! He also showed us how we can turn a cheap pool from Walmart into something nicer by adding a skimmer. He even offered to walk us through the process if that's the way we wanted to go. We love the interaction with the people here. This is by far our best experience when it comes to shopping for our pool needs.

I’ve had my above ground pool for several years now. They did a great job installing it and have been servicing it ever since. Ricardo always answers my calls or texts and is here in a short period of time. He is very customer oriented and an overall great person. He takes care of whatever I need. I would highly recommend Backyard Pools! Very personal service.

Ramon and Rusty have always been reliable and helpful!! We bought our pool 3 years ago and even after our installation, if I have questions they are always quick to respond. Ramon even made a house call just to help me open my pool this summer! They're the best!

Paid for installation in march, Early May they figured out that they measured our pool wrong. Was told on multiple occasions installation would be on time x and nothing would happen. Couldn’t get them to call us to let us know the status of the liner. Got ignored on multiple occasions after being told we were priority. We’ve been waiting four months to be able to use our pool. I highly recommend anyone needing pool maintenance to go somewhere else. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. They lie to their customers and can’t read a tape measure. The incompetence with these folks is absolutely dumb founding. Last summer we had to pay these people $500 an hour under the table to install a boost pump only for it to break not even 8 weeks later.
