This is definitely the place to go! Great service! Competitive prices! I must have called a zillion times asking all kinds of questions before making a decision and not once did Bay Pool staff get frustrated. They answered every question I had with patience and kindness and always returned my calls in a timely manner. The installation process went so smoothly. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much Bay Pool!
Not BBB accredited! Beware, looking back it was a nightmare!! Once they get your money they will NOT do Timely Warranty work. Their prices in house are” stupid”. Dug till they hit water. Neighbors have deeper no water. Took topsoil leaving me with junk dirt to try and grow grass. Landscaping cost me several thousand and a 7’ hole for a 5’ deep pool to make sure they got to water! Back of contract requires 2500 more if they hit water but that wasn’t explained to us. Not to mention I bought entire crew lunch each day. Two years later pump has gone out twice and they don’t even keep one in house. Never again!!! Simply check BBB.

So happy with the final result of our dream pool by Bay Pools. The crew (Daniel, Greg, Bubba, Kevin) made the magic happen and were a joy to work with. They attended to every detail and our nice backyard went from demolished to fabulous in a short few weeks. I highly recommend these professionals!

Highly recommend Bay Pool Company. They were faced with a very wet summer. Rather than rushing through just to get it done, they did it right. The pool turned out beautiful. Greg and Bubba were a pleasure to work with. Adam responded to all my questions and even came out on a Saturday night and a Sunday morning to check on an issue that arose.

Couldn't be happier with Bay Pools and the installation crew. They have explained what they are doing and why, on site at the crack of dawn and stay until dusk. Unlike some of our neighbors, our crew knew to check for underground water due to our proximity to the Gulf and address it during installation. Our original idea had been a larger pool, but we downsized to fit in our yard better and seeing it in the ground now, it was a good decision. We've been getting some great ideas on the concrete surround to help make it "stand out". This is our first pool and we feel confident we chose the right company to help walk us thru the entire process.

Had used certain chemicals for years. VERY KNOWLEDGABLE.....was able to not only test my water.... but got me on track with a new regimen that worked awesome. Would NOT go anywhere else.

From inception to conclusion Bay pool company was one of the most professional companies I’ve dealt with in many years. They have an excellent workforce and kudos goes out to Lauren, Daniel and Adam for making this such a smooth experience. The pool came out beautiful!
