On 31 May 2022 Robert & Jesse showed up as scheduled and started the task of installing my Generac Natural Gas whole house generator. It included not only the generator but also an electric upgrade. They worked non stop form when they arrived until the job was complete. It was over 90 degrees out that day, but in-spite of that they still found the time to keep me informed of the progress & answer any and all questions. Later n the afternoon they were joined by Zack & Josh to help speed the job to completion. All of these men were hardworking, very professional & a great sense of humor. At the end of the job the generator was tested and all questions answered. I was more than pleased with the way this project went and the performance of this company. I would recommend them to friends and would use them for future projects. My hat off to Climate Control INC, showed up on time, completed the job on time & the team seemed to enjoy working together....They all need a raise....
Very courteous very professional great communication via service rep and office personnel. Service was timely and prompt. Highly recommend them.

UPDATE: i did get a follow-up. They have been working with me to resolve the problem.
For the most-part the technicians were polite. They did some duct work in July because all of my rooms weren't cooling properly. They fixed part of the problem and I let them know immediately thereafter that I was still having issues in some of my bedrooms. I have called them several times letting them know I was still having cooling issues and no-one has called or come out to follow up. It is quite disheartening since I paid them 2k+ and they won't follow up. I would have given them a 5-star rating if the job they returned calls and followed up. I consider this job incomplete!

Zac & Robert installed my A/C service in a timely manner. They did an awesome job while totally respecting my home by placing blankets over the working area. Zac & Robert wiped their feet everytime they entered the house & vacuum the house before they left… very satisfied with climate control service

We are very pleased with the set up and installation of our Generac generator. They knew exactly what it took to complete the job and was shown what I needed to do as a new owner to take care of my investment.

Whole house generator installation under contract with Lowe's. Two gentlemen arrived and four hours later I have a whole house generator for upcoming hurricane seasons and other unexpected power outages. Very professional work. Left the area clean. I have dealt with Climate Control in the past for A/C installation and service. Always top notch. Highly recommend.

Robert and his installation team of Justin and Jesse did an outstanding job installing a new, complete heat pump system to handle both heating and a/c functions at my home. They knew what they were doing, were efficient in removing the old system from my even older house (no small feat), and did an excellent job of explaining to me what they were doing and why. They stayed as long as necessary to do a thorough and professional job. Additionally each was pleasant and courteous throughout, despite the warm temp and all working continuously to get the job done. What a great crew! Thanks guys !

Zach and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. They installed a Generac Generator for us and it went as smoothly as they said it would. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing a generator installed.

We recently got a brand new system put in our house. Greg came out and spent almost two hours with us going over all of our options and explained everything in detail. The installation was scheduled quickly, and the install was great! A few days later, the lines had become clogged (maybe insulation, etc) and the AC automatically shut off to protect itself. I called around 7 PM and they had someone there by 8 to assess and fix the issue! Definitely recommend.
