Such a great flooring store! Their new location is so big and beautiful. And it’s made downtown Belgrade feel so much more clean. They have really great options for engineered hardwood, pre-finished solid hardwood, carpet, tile.. literally any flooring need you have, they’ve got it. Shante is so nice to work with

08-23-2023 Edit: The company owner was in touch with me and explained that a variety of factors may have led to the deterioration which may have been out of the control of their company. He inspected the tile and had a worker out within a week to remedy the work at no charge as they have a 10-year warranty on their workmanship. So far it's looking good and appears to be rectified as well as can be. He admitted they were short-handed and it took a bit to get back to me. They do stand behind their work and I will be referring them in the future. Five stars. MT Flooring Center installed the shower tilling and drain in the master bathroom of my new home finished in April of 2022. After 12-13 months the grout began to erode and the tile began to chip around the drain requiring repair. When I called MT Flooring Center technician indicated he could come to inspect it for a service call fee. I sent him a photo of it (which he did receive and see while we were on the phone) and I asked him if this level of wear and tear was normal after only 12 months of use on a new construction. He hemmed and hawed and told me it depends on usage, and ultimately could not give me a straight answer on the phone. I then proceeded to email the general inbox at MT Flooring to follow up on this and ask if this is normal wear and tear and if I did pay for a tech to come out and perform work, whether I should expect to have to call them again another 12 months from now to repair it again. That email was a week ago, and I have heard nothing from MT Flooring Center. Based on their poor workmanship (identified by a 3rd party contractor as the reason for the damage), and unwillingness to give me a straight answer on a straightforward issue, I will not be recommending them to anybody I know anytime soon.
