We have had Dave out from Mountain Valley 4 times to help us with various requests after we recently bought an older home in Manhattan. Dave is our new best friend with friendly and efficient service. Leanna who responds to our calls and messages is fast, friendly and super helpful too. When we called for service to help us when we had no heat, she offered to send out Dave to bring us space heaters if we didn't have any and then send out Dave the next day to inspect for the problem. She offered the choice for Dave to come out on emergency visit that evening or the next day. We had space heaters ourselves so opted to have him come the next day. When he came, he discovered the problem and then showed us how to troubleshoot ourselves, learning how to reset the furnace in our crawl space. Love that!
Great service with a fast response and very experienced. We really appreciate how fast they got to our job. We'll definitely use Mountain Valley Plumbing and Heating again.

Hot water for a shower never felt so good. They were kind enough to even call on an evening and try to talk us through a few steps-just in case. Pleasant to work with and job didn't even take to long. I'd use them again when in need.

Things started out well enough. I was in need of plumbing help when everyone else in the city was too. Winter pipes busting everywhere. I live in a mobile home and mine froze and burst. Called around and scheduled MVP to fix it. They did. Burst again. They fixed it again. And again…….and again……. Finally told me until I fixed my skirting insulation, it would keep happening. Good to know. But yeah, then we need to fix the skirting. They tell me they don’t do that tho ?♂️. Desperate me asks them to please help. They do. They get someone out here who puts the insulation panels around the skirting. Beefy stuff. I was excited. Then my pipes burst again and they have to come out again. So all this happened in the winter. When the insulation guy did his work there was so much snow. Anyone who worked in these elements had an eventful go of it. I did not envy them. But because of all the snow (I guess?) there were some items left behind I was left to deal with. Like removal of leftover old skirting. A large pile of dry plaster made in the snow. Leftover new insulation pieces. All the limbs that were cut down. A lot of stuff, I agreed to him leaving because I was just in need of help I was kinda doing whatever they asked. Kinda desperate through this whole time period.
Then the snow melted. I cleaned up the mess now that is was accessible and evaluated the work.
Here’s what I found. There was no access created to get under the trailer for maintenance, as discussed. Gutters were pulled down and not reattached. And the last time they came over to repair the last burst, they left it gaping open. Not only that, since there was no access, when they made their way in the insulation it was destroyed. And left gaping open. I did reach out to the company and was told they were not responsible for the work of the guy they sent over and gave me his phone number. THOUSANDS of dollars invested and that’s the final email they sent. Very disappointing.

Scott was amazing! Helped us trouble shoot some issues to help prevent a emergency call charge. Recommend other people to help with other areas. Spent so much time on the phone with me. I can not express how kind and helpful he was. Also the staff was so quick and responsive. I will definitely use and recommend them!!

These folks exceeded my expectations for emergency plumbing call on a Saturday. Trevor was so helpful and calm! Our downstairs toilet flooded the place while our guests were trying to get ready to be in a wedding. He carefully thought through options, called his boss to make double sure, and ultimately did NOT charge us because it looked like a simple backed up toilet that did not re-clog. I will absolutely call them again.

Would highly recommend! We had a significant leak from our water heater at an extremely inopportune time. They were able to provide flexible immediate service. Cost estimates were provided regarding best and worst case scenarios prior to service which were reasonable especially with our situation. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Truly a great experience.
