I have used Mr. Rooter for years and each time I call, they respond quickly. Their team of plumbers is knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and they take the time to educate me about plumbing. The front desk team is on top of things-answer the phone quickly and they are friendly. They send out invoices and receipts quickly. I like working with Mr. Rooter because I know they'll take care of my plumbing problems.

Mr. Rooter is the only plumbing service we have used for 20 years. Their people are just plain nice folks. They have always arrived on time for work, done the work expeditiously, and always done effect repair work. Great people to work with. I could not ask for more. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Daniel from Mr. Rooter. He was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Their equipment was far superior to that of another company I had used in the past. I wish I would’ve discovered Mr. Rooter Three years ago when I purchased this home.I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and their professional team. Thank you Daniel, I wish I could give you 10 stars.

I have worked with this team consistently for years. I live in town and suffer from the dreaded root bulbs in my pipes. I was able to conveniently get on their schedule, and my problem was remedied in a very timely manner.

We had both of our basement drains backing up into the house during the latest cold spell. I called right away Monday morning and they called back within two hours of me leaving a message and got my information and said they’d do what they could. When Daniel texted later that afternoon that they could squeeze us in I was so excited. He and John were super knowledgeable, kind, and professional. They got it figured out and we were able to flush our toilets and run the water again. They are heroes. I highly HIGHLY recommend them!! ❤️

Able was so very professional and helpful! I had a leak in a rental and was so grateful for the timely help. I called early morning and received a call back within minutes and was scheduled the very same day. This is invaluable! I would absolutely recommend Mr Rooter.
