After a glitch in the first attempt with our old sump pump, Pj's follow up was great and we're very happy with the final result. I give 'em 5 stars.
All in all a very pleasant experience the technician was very nice knowledgeable kept me up to date on what he was doing. So far I'm pleased with the performance of the water

PJs was able to schedule a technician to come out quickly for what was a minor, but frustrating, issue for me. Great communication about the tech's arrival and even sent a photo of the tech with a security question if I was concerned. Very professional. Reasonably priced.

Pj’s has great customer service, and hires great service techs! I have used them a lot and they always impress me! They were able to install a water heater on the same day at a rental I manage.

Had a problem with our heat so I called PJ's. They were able to fit me in the schedule very quickly, even in January. Todd was our technician and he was great. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained to me exactly what needed replacing and why. All problems were fixed and we had perfectly working heat within just days of making the call. Would definitely recommend PJ's.

We have had our boiler serviced and a tank replaced these past couple of months. The techs were fabulous. They were So great to take pictures of the unit and review the entire system
With us. We now have a better understanding of how a boiler works. Thank you to the office as well. Very polite and always responsive to phone calls and text.
