Fantastic place Rick was amazing! and provided fantastic customer service! I will definitely be using his service again If I ever need another appliance!
We called Rick on a Saturday needing a new dryer , he responded & had one but asked us to bring ours so he can look at it. Within an hour he had ours fixed & also fixed a part we didn't mention all for $50. Great service & pleasant to work with. Will definitely go back in the future. He saved us a lot of money.

Thought I would have to buy a new washer/dryer set and after checking the prices decided to look for a good used set. Rick diagnosed the problem with my dryer, explained to me how to fix it, and found me a used part in his shop and charged me practically nothing! Saved me a ton of money and everything is working great!

Rick helped my organization (The Billings Symphony) with finding the right refrigerator. His service and pricing was outstanding AND he wanted to donate a portion of it! Very friendly and easy to work with. We really appreciate the Appliance Shack and Rick!

I bought a fridge from this guy and it was a amazing price and it works perfectly his delivery fee wasn't much and he was able to get it to me THE day I needed it! Absolutly recommend going here the owner is exceptional and very nice, i will be continuing to go here for all my future needs!

Appliance is their name, appliances is their game! Very friendly, sense of humor, trustworthy & very helpful. They sell, repair, move, hookup & purchase. They also sell those steel car ports/shelters.
We are currently moving & took our stove & fridge into them, they like to hook the fridge up to a tester overnight to make sure it runs good. I dropped them off Thursday afternoon & by brunch time Friday they checked out excellent.
If you’re in need of repair or looking for some good appliances at a reasonable price (cause every cent counts), stop in & they’ll definitely have something for you!

I highly recommend going to the appliance shack for any of your appliance purchases. He is knowledgeable and honest. He built a washer and dryer for us. We paid less than most places would charge for a used set and we got a 90 day guarantee! They are working wonderfully. We will definitely be buying from here again.

Although the place looks a little messy on the outside, we took our dryer down and had it fixed right away. The man was so nice and very knowledgeable! The service was great and the price was right!
