Felix was absolutely the best service person we have ever dealt with.
He came out, checked out the problem, and told us what parts to order.
When the parts came in, he fit us into his schedule to get the parts installed, and the washer back running.
We very much recommend him for any appliance repair you
might need.
Would recommend Felix to everyone! He was able to get me in within 2 days of my call to fix a squeaky dryer. He fixed it quickly and was so kind. Will definitely be using him again in the future.

Had a 11 year old refrigerator that wasn't cooling. Felix stopped by and took a quick look to let me know if I needed a new one. Asked me to try something first and next day she was working like a charm. Thank you so much! Will definitely call again if any of my appliances start acting up.

Felix is awesome! He is honest with the work he does and isn't trying to just take your money. He was unable to fix the problem and because so, gave us a discount on his diagnostic charge. Thanks so much Felix for taking the time to help us for such a low cost!

Felix came to my apartment to fix my stove and he did more than that. He absolutely brightened my day! He is responsive, kind, and helpful. Felix has a high standard of service. If you are dealing with a stressful situation which requires the help of an appliance repair person, Felix is the guy you want to be there to help you!

I read a ton of reviews on google and Facebook, many of them recommending big sky appliance. I called at 11:15, Felix said he could squeeze me in to his already packed day and would give me a call when he was on his way. One hour later he called, fixed my dryer and was out of my house before 1240. I was stunned and so impressed! Thank you so much for squeezing us in especially during a busy holiday week.

Felix is amazing! Very responsive, friendly and above all HELPFUL. Multiple times he has walked me through the steps to fix something on my own, even when he could have sold his own services. Make Big Sky Appliance Repair your first call!

Felix was very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. He arrived on time, he figured out what was wrong with my washing machine, fixed it accordingly and was reasonably priced. He is a very sweet individual and I enjoyed talking to him while he was here. I would highly recommend him if you have any issues with your appliances. I'm going to use him from here on out for any appliance repairs I have!

I've never been more impressed with the quality of service & professionalism shown by Felix. I called on a Tuesday and had service for my dryer the very next day. He even called to ask if he could show earlier for the appointment. Service was extremely fast. Felix had the dryer drum roller axle part with him. Total bill for service was very fair. I high recommend people call Felix for ALL your appliance service repair needs. I will highly recommend Felix to all my friends & family. P.S. If you have the make & model of your appliance, make sure to provide that information to Felix. This I feel will help him determine what possible parts will be needed for any service repair.
