Randall provided services on several appliances over a span of 5 months. Each time he was on time, professional, and honest. If the appliance was not cost efficient to fix, he let me know my money was better spent on a new one. All calls were returned in a timely manner and he always goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of. I strive to support our local small businesses and Revive Appliance Repair will always be my go to for any and all Appliance repairs!
Great business! Randal was right on time. He is very friendly and quickly diagnosed the problem with my washer. He completely cleaned it and replaced the failed part. And all for $150. I will always call Revive for any appliance repair.?

Randall is great! The customer service he provides is exceptional. He truly cares about delivering the best service he can. Made many visits trying to find solution to our wash machine. He could have easily gave in, but kept searching for what the actual problem was - highly recommend!

If you read the reviews you see the consistency in the words respectful, honest, kind, reliable... I can only say that all these good reviews are true and my experience was the very same. With all of my appliances getting older, I am so happy to have the peace of mind having an honest and fair repair guy!

Anyone who is reading this looking for a repair service I would like you to know that you've found it. Randall is the best person and repair man that you can find. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, respectful, understanding, time efficient, honest and the list goes on and on. If I ever need a repair in the future I refuse to call anyone else. Randall is the best!!!

Randall is AMAZING! I was referred to him by a coworker who knows my husband is disabled and not able to do the repairs himself. Randall was so kind, respectful, honest and reliable. Offering to check out a few other things for me. My initial appointment was for my stove but he noticed water on the floor by the fridge and he said he was going to fix that as well so I didn’t have any more issues. He offered a discount due to my husband’s condition. I have nothing but great things to say about Randall and his services. All my future appliance needs will be repaired by Revive Appliance Repair! We were so lucky to find Randall, he was beyond helpful, even consulting us on our refrigerator repair needs. He is so pleasant and easy to work with, while also being the consummate professional and a nice touch of humor. I do not think you could go wrong using this service. We are certainly glad we did!

Randall was the best! Honest, personable, experienced and knowledgeable. He repaired our dryer and it now runs just like it did when we bought it. Very reasonable prices! Highly recommend!

After trying several other repair options without ever receiving a call back, I stumbled on to Revive. I left a message Thursday afternoon and Randall called back the next morning and set an appointment to come on Monday to diagnose the problem. He ordered the part while still at our home. He was back on Friday with the part and stayed until he was certain that everything was working properly. Randall is responsive, thorough and fair. He will be my go to for any future appliance repairs.
