Sherry designed my new kitchen and I couldn't be happier. From start to finish she made sure that the installation was done properly and that I was happy with everything. I am not good at selecting finishes or figuring out layouts but Sherry made sure that the kitchen would work and she explained why she suggested placing certain things where she did. I was also very happy with the quality of the the cabinets too.
I highly recommend Kitchens Plus. We have had cabinets from Rimrock Cabinets and the cabinets we got from Kitchens Plus far surpass Rimrock. I absolutely love my new kitchen. Working with Krystle was so easy and fun. She came out to help with a design that fit exactly what we needed and wanted.

Crystal helped me find handles for my kitchen cabinets. She was very knowledgeable and I felt like she was trying to actually help me get what I want instead of trying to sell me on something. Highly recommend

Went to showroom, visited with a sales associate for over an hour. Very pleasant, however, never got back to us. After calling them back, the Owner came to our home to check measurements, promised the quote again. Never got back to us. Called again, received apology, promised a quote. Never got back to us. We moved on.

We worked with Sheri and it was the most pleasant experience. She listened. She visited our house and helped sketch out some ideas. After a couple of adjustments, we settled in on some final plans. Called for a kitchen remodel and scheduled a time to plan and never showed up! Sherry sent a text to reschedule and I talked to her and wow a month later and still a no show and no call either! Don't waste your time on these people!!!

I have been a customer of Kitchens Plus for almost 20 years but made a big mistake using them again to help me update my home. Jody did not get my order right from the beginning. I always order countertops with the sinks built in. Apparently not this time according to Jody. When they came to install it there was no sink in it - so it became a matter of me against her and Mike (the owner). The sink is ugly and they are not willing to do anything about it! Oh, I forgot, they are willing to give me $200 off of a $450 sink. Not an option! So we'll see what happens. What ever happened to the customer service?

We worked with Mike at Kitchen's Plus from the beginning planning stage, through the demolition and the final remodel as we updated a 1950's kitchen and dining room to an open, modern, workable space. Mike gave tips on packing up as well as his experienced insight on making the best use of our space. We took out one wall and bumped another out two feet...a scary undertaking even though we are
DYI-ers! It was so convenient to browse their showroom to select the wood, counter tops, hardware as well as top of the line appliances. In addition, we ordered bathroom cabinets and Corian sinks and used their installer as we did our own remodel. The Kitchen's Plus warehouse staff and the cabinet installer are one of Kitchen Plus's biggest assets. We enjoyed the entire experience and would recommend Kitchen's Plus for your remodel or new construction.
