We had purchased carpet from Carpet One many years ago and have been happy with the carpet so went back. Tanner Mostad helped us pick out the flooring that would be best for our needs (grandchildren friendly). Then a year later we are doing a kitchen remodel so back to see Tanner for his recommendation on what would be best for us (grandchildren friendly). We have recommended him to several family and friends. Good customer service.
Could not recommend Steven at Carpet One enough! A couple years ago, my husband and I got a quote on carpet to the tune of $10,000 - being new homeowners and general noobs, we figured this was a standard price and decided to save up and wait a bit longer to complete our project. Fast-forward to last month, and we walked into Carpet One and were fortunate enough to run into Steven at the front desk. We had set aside 2 hours for the painstaking task of selecting carpet, but we were in and out of there within 20 minutes! Steven quickly found us a brand that we loved (for HALF of the price that we were expecting to pay), sent us home with color swatches, and was out to measure our space the same week. We just had our carpet installed yesterday and it looks fantastic. From start to finish, this process took just under one month and was such a simple process. We will definitely return to Carpet One and request Steven for our future projects. :)

Steve Huskin was absolutely amazing during our entire process. We carpeted and tiled 2 of the 3 floors in our home and he made the process extremely easy! We had 3 different carpets in our home, 3 staircases, and 2 tiled rooms - I changed my mind multiple times and he made it seem like it wasn’t a problem. He wanted me to be happy with my purchase at the end of the day no matter how many times I sent him on a hunt for a carpet or tile. He went above and beyond with listening to the customer and taking care of the customers needs. Thank you so much for working with us through the endless changes!! - Caroline Underriner

My experience with Steve at Carpet One has been nothing short of exceptional. Steve will always go above and beyond to make sure you are getting exactly what you need and want. It's apparent he genuinely cares about the customer and making sure they have a great experience, which is exactly how I felt. Highly recommend!

I have worked with Carpet One for about 7 yrs and they are all so kind, welcoming, and they truly care about you as a customer. Steve is exceptionally pleasant to work with as he is attentive to your project and goes above and beyond throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Stopped at several tile stores to shop for tile with very disappointing customer service until we met Steve Huskins at Carpet One. Very helpful, very nice, very easy to talk to and work with. Highly recommend.

The team at Carpet One did an amazing job. Robbie and Sara did such a wonderful job helping with selection and answering any questions. Scott and his team did a flawless job with installation. They did an excellent job! ! Everyone was also so very kind and professional! I love my new flooring! Thank you Carpet One!

I've worked with Justin each time we've needed flooring and it's been a great experience. When we first built, then again when we finished our basement and just recently when we finished our laundry/utility room. Getting an estimate and scheduling was easy and Justin has always been very helpful. One time our flooring was discontinued, but that's not their fault, it's bound to happen over time and they offered suggestions on similar products. Overall, I will continue to use them and recommend them to others.

Very impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail with the Showplace Wood Products cabinets we purchased from here. Margo was very easy to work with, and her pricing was very competitive. Wish I had come here for another project I completed before this. Cabinets arrived when they said they would, and they even made a special Friday delivery for me. The bar looks fantastic! We couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Carpet One and The Cabinet Place.
