Pierce flooring team, Jon in particular, has been very friendly. Remodeling a house from a different state was challenging, but Jon did his best to assist in communication between myself and the rest of the team. The floors turned out absolutely beautiful.

Installed flooring in a basement bathroom. Gave a good recommendation on best choice of flooring for this application. Installers are great! Professional and on time. Area was cleaned up nicely upon completion. Love the floor!

Best Decision we ever made! Our sales person, Cherene was FANTASTIC! Then we had a kick a$$ install crew made up of Quentin, Dale, Justin, and Bill! We have more work to be done and have Specifically asked that Quentin be on that install crew, he is that good!!

We had a great experience at Pierce Flooring. Where they really shine is customer service, this goes a long way with us. We went there thinking we knew what we we wanted, and tile-wise we did, but we were given exceptional guidance by Jon as to layout and materials. Couldn’t be happier.

After significant research on new flooring for our basement project, we chose to work with Pierce Flooring and could not be happier with the process and outcome. I went into the project thinking cork or luxury vinyl, but chose a near commercial grade laminate that is so stunning. Curt Wheeling assisted throughout and was very accommodating with my affinity for asking a zillion questions. I really appreciated a call from Ron Pierce to discuss my concern for paying in entirety rather than just a deposit prior to order. His personal guarantee was enough to allay my anxiety. Scheduling the install was a breeze and the two installers, Justin and Matthew, were prompt, professional, and efficient. In summary, go with this longstanding Billings flooring design company and work with professionals from decision-making to project completion.

Pierce flooring did an outstanding job with my new carpet installation and tear-out. The workmen were fast and courteous. I had a refund coming and they didn't hesitate to do so via original form of payment. I had a small timeliness in which the installation could occur and they met the dates needed. Very accommodating to work with. Highly recommend them and would use them again.

We completely remodeled our Kitchen, Hall Bath and replaced 1,100 sq. ft. of laminate flooring (on a monolithic slab with no insulation between) to heated ceramic tile. I chose Pierce for the materials because they are a Montana Made company and I've always heard good things about them.
Luisa (Cabinets) and Charene (Flooring and Tile) were absolutely fantastic to work with. Professional, friendly, and enthusiastic, they asked detailed questions to understand the project, very knowledgeable about their products and all their wonderful enhancements/accessories. Both have an awesome eye for color coordination and design which really helped me to find exactly what I was looking for. All their installers and contractors were great as well! They kept the work site neat and clean, and always had positive friendly attitudes! I love my new kitchen and my feet haven't been cold since we turned the floors on. I'll be looking for them both when I get ready to do the Master En Suite/Bedroom.
