Worst experience ever. Showed up on initial day 1 1/2 hours late and then were surprised we weren't home as we already sat around waiting and missing work. They tore old fence old and set posts and left for the day. No communication about it being a process and fence wouldn't be completed the same day. Nothing in paperwork or previous conversations about it being a process and not completed same day. Scheduled remaining part of project a week out and wouldn't you know never showed up and never called to say they weren’t coming. Call and ask what the issue is and no explanation just excuses of why they couldn’t come. Kept stating we will be there first thing in the morning tomorrow but didn't have a time.

I have had a relationship with Don (owner) of frontier fence for 30 years. We fenced two properties with two different materials as well as fencing ranch land. This company WAS all about customer service. That is not the case now. The man behind the counter seemed very uninterested in helping me pick the best materials. He would not even come out with me to the yard till I suggested it. They have policies regarding opening new bundles of poles which I understand. But, I was looking for a very specific size and wanted to hand pick 20 of them. Not that much to ask. But this guy is not a"yes" man . He's a "No " man! **Update: the manager contacted me and asked about my experience. He was quite reasonable and very willing to work with me to make it right.

Absolutely thrilled with my Montana Fence! From the initial project planning to installation, everybody was friendly, accommadating, and knowledgable. The number of product choices were vast but the staff helped me pick the color and style to perfectly complement my house and yard. I was really impressed with the lead installer who was not only courteous and respectful to me, but also to a newer member of his crew as he mentored him on meeting high standards for installation and working through issues related to uneven grading in my yard. It was awesome to watch that kind of teamwork and see the beautiful result of their efforts. It was obvious that Montana Fence cares about making sure the job is done right. This fence is the crown jewel of our yard; it draws compliments from the neighbors and provides a stunning backdrop to our gardens and plantings. I couldn't be more satisfied.
