This my second experience with Central Heating. They replaced my furnace 2 years ago and were quick and efficient in January weather. Now today, Central H&A came and installed a brand new HVAC unit in my house. Such a wonderful pair of upgrades! They also cleaned my ducts yesterday, which I suspect may have never been done here before. Their team does wonderful clean work. I could not recommend them more and they will continue to be who I go to for heating and AC service.
We recently had to replace our furnace. Trent is a great sales guy...very personable, responsive, and knowledgeable. The work was done by Lenny and Brock and those guys did a great job too. Furnace went in no problem and they left the work area clean. Very professional all around from sales to customer service to the technical side. Will definitely be using them again when my AC finally kicks the bucket.

I'm severely disappointed in this company. Our ac stopped working this past week. I called central, because they had good reviews! They came out diagnosed for 15 minutes a told us that we needed a new ac unit, (estimated around $6000)supposedly there was a big hole in the unit. We called another company for a second opinion. They came out, diagnosed, and just topped off the system. It was simply LOW, not EMPTY. I will let you use your imagination to fill in the words I'd prefer to use. Like I said above I'm severely disappointed.

Very professional people to work with. Trent is an amazing sales person. His communication skills are excellent and never left wondering what was happening next. The installation team were early arriving and did an excellent job. They even fixed a few oversights that a previous HVAC company had not done. Will definitely call them again and highly recommend them to everyone.

I had my 22 year old furnace replaced as it was end of life. My first contact was to service and inspect the original furnace. The techs showed up and were kind and informative. Informed me of options and their thoughts on the status of the furnace. I spoke with Trent about a new furnace and went through a lot of options and settled on one. The installation was scheduled for a Monday morning. I received a text reminding me the day before. The techs (Brett and Brock) arrived right on time and informed me of their plans and got to work. The new unit was installed before lunch! They under promised and over delivered!
What a great team they have! Would recommend! Great work Central Heat and Air!

Darren was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. Central came out same day I called and quickly assessed the issue as well as going the extra mile to make sure I was informed and satisfied. Very happy with their service.

Darren was great to work with. He got right on the job and fixed our issue. He explained everything that needed to be done, what we could do in the meantime, and what we can make sure we do in the future to prevent the issue at hand. Very nice, respectful, and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the service and will use this company again.

Dan was fantastic very Knowledgeable, Dan was professional and went above and beyond because of Dan we will use Central Heating & Air Conditioning again most likely to install new furnace. Drew was hugh help with the type of furnace met Drew at a home show also at Costco Drew took the time to explain the processes required to get the new unit installed and time frame of installation Thank you Drew!! Lenny and Brett where awesome no B.S. came into the house placed tarps down removed old furnace corrected issued from passed companies that installed and worked on old furnace, Lenny and Brett explained clearly how the installation should be (thank you)
