Pick a different HVAC company. These guys are not professional. Over two weeks and counting waiting for them to send me an estimate. I've reached out multiple times and the response is always the same "he's out of the office I left a note on his desk." Find a company that wants to work on your home. These guys clearly don't.

I've used them for years for my house and my rental properties. They come when they say they will, the receptionist and workers are polite, and they do good work. In probably 20 or so service calls I've never had to call them back over to redo a job, which is pretty remarkable for this type of business. Seems like they're a bit pricier than some outfits, but having a problem fixed right the first time is certainly worth it.
