They installed our ductwork/furnace/CU on our new home last year. Cond unit would cycle on and off the first summer. Called and called and never would come out. Finally our builder lit a fire under their ass and they showed up the next day. Turns out they overcharged the refer lines. Fast forward this summer and the house wouldn't cool nearly enough as it should considering I made them put a 4 ton unit in when they were going to put in a 3 ton unit. So I did a bunch of troubleshooting and it turns out they wired the high speed fan wire on the low speed tap on the circuit board. We've been wasting cond. unit power for over a year with a fan running 65% lower than it should. Would never recommend. Poor expertise and even worse communication. And to top it off, they charged us more than similar houses in the area and I provided all the equipment.
