Called 2 days ago to have some screens built. They were to call us back to schedule a day/time to come out. One year ago we had them replace some broken glass in a garage window and it was determined that it needed a new casing. When the guy arrived, he didn’t have the appropriate tools with him and he needed my husband’s coaching /assistance with the job. Plus, they double charged us (which they did fix) after bringing it to their attention. I hate to give a negative review.. but I have used Beckers Glass when they were under the original ownership. They were wonderful! Not anymore. Kept searching for somewhere to have screens built for egress windows. Billings Hardware came up. Called, went in and gave them the measurements and they had them done in a few days! Fabulous customer service and excellent workmanship!

After 2 visits to confirm their ability to do the job I dropped off a window out of a topper shell to have a piece of plexiglass replaced. They confirmed their ability to make the piece needed and to match the original even when I offered a piece of the original window. After 2 phone calls from them stating they can’t match it and ordering the right product would be “too expensive for them” I told them to put it back together and I would take it somewhere else. After the second phone call of excuses I was upset so I sent an employee of mine to pick it up and the gentleman behind the counter was very rude considering their inability to actually perform work they said they could handle and keeping their word was “too expensive”.

I brought in an RV window frame that needed new glazing. I live 50 miles out of Billings, and asked if the techs could do the work while I was in town, to save me a 100-mile round trip. They were busy, and the frame needed to be straightened before they could insert the replacement glass. I was thrilled to get a call from the front desk before I had even finished eating lunch! They did a great job, and the price was reasonable. Finally, my RV is ready for use again.

We had a rare situation where a rock was kicked up from a propeller as it was being parked on our line. The rock was flung through one of our huge windows at Flight Operations. I called Becker's Glass to see if they could assist us and we had help within the hour. Our window was measured and boarded up for security before the end of business that same day. The window, 78"x 90", was ordered and replaced in a timely manner. The professionalism and excellent customer service provided by Becker's Glass was greatly appreciated and we would recommend them to anyone! Thank you, Becker's Glass, and your great crew!
