I called around and got a quote and this company had the most reasonable price. Made an appointment and they were fast and friendly. Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a windshield replacement!
I had an appointment at 9:00 on Friday morning. For my white Titan pickup. My son made an appointment. I was just delivering it and picking it up. And paying bill. So I arrived at Econo Glass company in plenty time for my 9:00 appointment. When I drop off my son pickup, I ask the lady behind the counter to please also after replacing the windshield to give us a quote on the passenger side window. She kindly said they would. Remember, the pickup has 42- license plate. Was quoted it would take 2 hours. So I leave walking to go have breakfast. Needing to waste 2 hours. At 12:00, I call back to Econo West and ask if my son pickup is done. The lady said no, they didn't have all the rubber they needed, so it would be another hour. So I asked why no one called me to let me know? She she forgot. I explained that I needed to check our motel soon. The lady informed me that not there problem. With NO offer to help. Yes, I know everyone is short stuffed. I'm also in the service business. By this, I'm upset so I call cab. That takes me to my motel so I can get checked out and back to Econo West. So after paying rhe cab 67 dollars and bringing all my stuff in, the Rude lady behind the counter informed me it still is not done. So I sit and wait. When the
pickup gets done, the gentlemen pull it to the door. While paying the bill, the rude lady behind the counter informed me that the side passenger window is factory only. I state it's OK because I would never be spending a dime here. Very rude lady that they don't need my business. And I leave. What happened to helping the customer??

I called for a quote to replace the cracked windshield in my old truck and received a friendly greeting by phone. The quote was good so I asked for an appointment as was told I could get it done that very afternoon. Everyone was nice, finished on time and not only did I get my windshield done, they were able to cut and replace both side mirrors during that appointment, too. I liked them so much that I'm having them replace my living room window.

Quick and competent service. Our windsheild replacement took about 90 minutes and was done well for $40 less than most other pkaces we called. They even transferred our carwash decal to the new window. Not overly friendly but efficient. I was ready to sit down and read my book but felt encouraged to wait elsewhere. We'll be back for any other glass needs.

Just got a new windshield on my Mustang last month. Took a couple of hours and done beautifully. Staff was also very kind and helpful. I'll be back, I'm sure. It's montana, and I own 5 cars.

Had a rear window done on 07 doge, best price and great job of clean -out of broken glass !! Taking my F-150 next week.

I brought my Explorer in to have a new windshield put in as it was cracked when I purchased from a dealership. They did a great job with the install. However with that being said I more than likely will never be back. They left a huge mess in my car. I just had it cleaned inside and out. They left debris all over my dash and passenger seat. They stepped all over both the driver and passenger door sills with dust and dirt and also had dirt and dust all over the inside of both doors. Left hand prints on my hood. Horrible.

I appreciated the windshield repair & the price of the service itself. Although, I was very taken back when I found two of my personal possessions broken. I had a phone mount attached to my old windshield that is now completely unusable because it was broken by the technicians. I do wish I had taken that off myself to prevent this from happening but I would also hope a company would have respect for others possessions. But most of all I’m hurt by the fact that my most sentimental item in my car was broken into two pieces. I had a rosary from a dear family member that passed it along to me draped around my mirror. I’m not sure how this was broken as badly as it was or even at all. I don’t appreciate that no one said anything to me after handing me my keys. It was clearly placed in my cup holder so I know the technicians were aware of both possessions being broken. I’m very skeptical of using this company for anything in the future.
Update: Shandi from this office called me several days after this incident to see if they could reimburse me for any broken items. For that, I really do appreciate this business trying to right their wrong with customers.
