Over the course of 8 years, Trevor and his team have helped us design 7 homes. They do exceptional work and are very responsive. Whether its "build to rent" Single Family homes or custom homes in Montana and Costa Rica, we highly recommend Black Mountain. Tom and Katie Olivo, Bozeman, MT.

I have worked with Trevor and Black Mountain Architecture almost exclusively in the last decade. I have built some of the most beautiful houses in the valley with Trevor behind the design. His attention to detail and the time he takes to ensure the aesthetics are perfect from all angles are unmatched. All of my clients have been super happy from the initial sit down, to the design meeting, to the final product - they've watched their dream homes come to life. I highly recommend Black Mountain Architecture for your design needs.

The team at Black Mountain Architecture are professional, responsive and imaginative in their design. They give meticulous attention to detail but not at the expense of their creativity. We approached Trevor Pierson, owner and principal, with a vision and idea of a home we wanted to create. He took our concept and used it as inspiration for the final plans and design. Trevor's curiosity about our vision and competency in his execution of our ideas was unmatched. We are not new to the design and build process and can say without equivocation, this has been our best experience. The intangible of working with Trevor is as compelling as the result - a beautifully designed home with every detail considered. That intangible is his easy going nature, his good humor and his kindness in all regards. He's not only a talented architect and skilled businessman - he's a great human! I cannot recommend a professional more highly. I would welcome the opportunity to provide a reference should one be needed. He is an asset to the community and we are forever indebted to him for making our inspired dream a reality.

I've worked with Trevor at Black Mountain Architecture on custom homes for the last 6 years. I would happily recommend him and his team for anyone wanting an experience in home design that is rewarding and at the same time puts your mind at ease. He is thorough, professional, and keeps your goals and dreams in mind throughout the entire process. I greatly appreciated his willingness to take my ideas, share his own and also be up for completely switching gears when necessary. There are so many factors to consider when designing a home, and Black Mountain will help you through each one.
