Melissa was amazing to work with. She was eager to view our home, quick to provide a quote, and had fantastic communication throughout the project. Melissa worked on a rental property for us, so not being in the area I assumed this would be challenging. She made the entire process so easy. If she had questions she would send pictures to help explain or clarify. I would highly recommend her detailed work.

Melissa is an awesome person to work with. She is a young and knowledgeable professional. I loved that she gives ypu options about the quality of the product that ypu want to see in your house and she discusses pros and cons. I highly recommend her!

Melissa double booked us and decided to go to the other appointment. She didn't even have the professionalism to let us know until I contacted her. I believe she would have blown us off a second time if I hadn't called her to to let her know she could come early. As it was, she was 15 - 20 minutes late.
I had to call her to ask for the estimate. She was late getting that to us also. When she finally emailed me the estimate, the estimate was not included. I would definitely warn others not to use her. She is very unreliable!!!
