Everyone's much more helpful here than at the big box stores. I've had employees help me work through projects that were a little over my head. Sometimes patience goes a long way when they're busy, but they're always willing to help if they can.

Bought gift card & dropped it walking to exit. Didn't realize I dropped it. It was found and turned into management. Called the next day & they had my card. I live 60 miles away. They mailed it to me. Very nice!

I live very close to Kenyon Noble which is incredibly helpful. I would still choose to go there over the big box stores though. It has some of everything without the crowds and enormous store to walk around. It's easy to find what you need and the staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. Their power tool selection is the best around in my opinion. Their prices are competitive too! Some people might not know but they have a huge selection of construction materials in the lumber yard out back of the store. I know they deliver for free within a certain distance of the store. I know it's free to belgrade and four corners but I'm not positive on Bozeman. I think it is free to Bozeman but I would call and ask just to be sure. I would warn you on the delivery of the cheapest 2x4s though as they tend to not pick out the best ones for your when they deliver. They likely just take whatever ones are on top which is fair and understandable. They do sell irrigation, lawn and garden supplies too if anyone is wondering. I am a fan of Kenyon Noble and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for hardware/construction/etc. products.

I got great customer service from the Belgrade store. I was on crutches and a sales associate helped me out with great knowledge and attentive customer service. Carried my item to front counter. A younger assistant took my purchase outside and loaded it into the back of my truck. Outstanding service and friendly staff.

We stopped shopping at Kenyon Noble because of the lack of customer service. We then met Adam Neuman who proved that someone cares about your customers. At check out the lady at the front counter again gave the friendly service. Our visit today continued with a caring service of our needs. You have top employees.

You can't compare Kenyon Noble to other hardware and tool stores. Their staff is extremely well trained, helpful and knowledgeable. They carry positive energy through the store which is an awesome thing to see every time I walk in.They aren't afraid to tell you they don't have something or they don't have the answer for you, but they'll either find someone who does have the answer or point you in the direction to find your answer. I've lived here for quite a few years now and there is no other store I'd rather spend time in.

I went to Murdoch's first for some supplies to put our new trees in the ground and found nothing. So when I came to Kenyon Noble I needed a lot. I needed some help and the general manager helped me lift and find things I needed and even pushed my cart for me since it was so heavy. He proceeded to assist me to my car as well. The customer service here was astounding. There were other staff who were super helpful too. I'll be coming here from now on. ??

The sales associate, Ethan, is the reason for this 5-star review. Last weekend my girlfriend and I stopped by to pick up a couple cotter pins for our camper before we took it out on its first real camping trip. I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences with the staff in Kenyon Noble in the past so I was reluctant to shop there, but it was on our way out of town so I decided to give it another chance. I wasn’t sure where the cotter pins were so I asked the first person I could find. My expectations were low, but Ethan was friendly and showed me where they were. We started chatting and I told him about my camper in the parking lot and how we were having trouble putting the rig in reverse without the trailer brakes locking up. He asked if he could take a look at it so we walked out to the parking lot together to see what was going on. He was used to towing and happened to have the same truck as me so he was able to quickly diagnose the first issue—shoddy wiring from the brake controller installed by the previous owners that had miraculously not yet caught fire. Ethan then brought me inside, showed me what parts and tools to buy, stood in line with me, came back out to the truck, and quickly demonstrated how to safely connect the wiring under the steering wheel so I could do it myself. We also needed a new 7-way connector so while I was working on the wiring under the steering wheel, he brought my girlfriend inside, showed her what to buy, and returned to the truck to give a quick overview on how to install the new connector. Eventually Ethan had to head back inside so there we were, my girlfriend and I, fixing the wiring on my truck that was far more dangerously put together than previously assumed. But the help from Ethan did not stop there. We soon discovered that the wire colors from my truck did not match the wire colors on the new connector. We had to figure out which wires went where by trial and error, and the process was painfully slow. While we were working, Kenyon Noble closed and Ethan came back out to check on us off the clock. He took a look at our dilemma and made some suggestions to improve our trial-and-error process. Then he gave us info about his neighbor’s shop down the road that, if we couldn’t get the wiring figured out, would be an affordable option to get the thing fixed. He even offered to send me a video of the wiring in his rig when he got home to see if it matched up with mine. After some more time, he had to leave, but gave us his number in case anything else came up. Luckily, soon after he left we finally figured it out using the technique he showed us and the camper was up and rolling. We went to Kenyon Noble to buy 3 cotter pins for ~$4, hoping to quickly dart in and out and head to the mountains. We ended up spending just over $60 in the store, working three hours in the parking lot, and learning a whole lot about our truck/camper combo. We could not have been more pleased to do so. Heck, Ethan boosted our order 15x over its original value and sent us away absolutely thrilled with the experience. Isn’t that the ideal sale? This was by far the best purchasing experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never had someone go out of their way the way Ethan did and be so genuinely determined to just help. This experience will stand out to both me and my girlfriend for a very very long. Thank you Ethan!!
