Graham was incredibly thorough in his inspection! He answered my call when I first reached out to him, was prompt to do the inspection, and to get the report back to me. The report was filled with photographs that showed me and my realtor all of the details of the issues he listed. He answered any questions that I sent him through email very quickly and completely. When we did the walk through he explained all of the issues very clearly. I HIGHLY recommend that you work with him! He also is very personable and has a good sense of humor.
Graham is just the best I've come across. Knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. I wish everyone was like him!

Graham was very thorough both with his inspection & attention to detail, but also during the walk through. As a first-time home-buyer, he walked me through everything & explained everything with great detail. He made sure that he will be easily accessible by call or email for any outstanding questions as well!!

As a first time home buyer, I called *many* (13 inspectors in the Gallatin Valley) inspectors with a list of questions about experience, pricing, etc.
What set Graham apart from every other inspector was not only his fair pricing (middle ground for the valley), but at the end of my interview he asked, "Would you like me to review what the house inspection consist of?" And, immediately I knew I didn't need to ask anything further. Not a single inspector otherwise had asked me that. They simply told me pricing and tried to get me on their schedule.
He was detailed in his inspection and in the report I received after. I highly recommend Graham for all your inspection needs!!

Graham has earned his reputation as an outstanding home inspector! He was thorough, easily understood and provided answers to all of our questions. It is evident that he knows the important home issues that a buyer needs to address before a sale is complete.
His final report was timely and well organized for sellers to use as a checklist.
