Andrew was not only fantastic in his professionalism but also punctual and tidy. He even went the extra mile by pulling the trashcan up the driveway for me! Overall, it was a great experience with a great company. I will definitely be using their services again."
This was my second experience with BlueBird Plumbing and both times I have been impressed by how responsive and reasonable they have been. So glad to have a reliable provider to call on when things pop up!

Jon was my technician he was very thorough went through the inspection process with me help us get dialed in with our mechanical room. We had water backing up from our sump pump and he was able to help us get diagnosed that we need some new equipment. Excellent customer service super fast service!!! Definitely Recommend Jon & Bluebird plumbing. Britt SPC

Super professional and kind but they wanted to charge $450 to unplug a soft clogged toilet- which I did myself 5 mins later. This is a great company if you need something done major within a very short period of time. Market rate is around $100 for clogs. ESSENTIALLY cost wise it’s like visiting the emergency room for a paper cut. You will get great immediate service at an insane price tag. Their prices are 4X-7X the market rate if you are getting a basic service.

Jon was attentive and cared about his work. He was a good communicator and was on time.
Overall positive interaction with BlueBird. The pricing was on the high side, but they provide a good breakdown of repair options and gave us a choice of what was needed compared to what they recommended. They stand behind their work and employ quality employees.

Andrew was thoroughly professional in delivering services. He showed me all the options for service, related costs, and explained the possibilities. He was patient with me as I deliberated my decisions. Services were provided as promised and promptly. The area was left clean and just as he found it… minus the drip and the bad fixtures.

Andrew was beyond exceptional. He not only fixed the problem but was thorough and clear explaining the next steps for long term solutions. He also was very considerate with being clean and tidy which I’ve never had other plumbers conscientious of. He gave concise steps for what to do next, breaking it down into layman’s terms. Bluebirds lucky to have him!

Andrew came and did a very thorough assessment of an issue we were having in our bathroom. In addition to taking the time to answer all of our questions he was very honest about what the possible next steps were and how likely they were to yield additional information. I appreciate that he was not "selling us" or misleading us as to how productive various options would have been. Would definitely call them again when another situation arises.
