Right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. Made appointment and confirmation came from a different plumbing company. Sent pictures of what needed fixing on Monday and no one looked at them until Thursday when the plumber had already been dipatched. They could not fix the main problem because no parts are available. Could have told me that last Monday.

called back quickly and was here within an hour. worked quickly and kept us informed and had us look at the leak once it was found. also explained everythin in terms we could all understand. we will always be a customer with ranger. this wasn't the first time we have used their service and definitely won't be the last.

We needed someone to come look at our Rinnai tankless water heater that was having issues. They returned my call in a timely manner and were able to schedule an appointment within a week. They arrived at our house at the early end of their time estimate and had it repaired in an hour. Efficient, professional and friendly! I also appreciated the automated text updates and service tracker so I was ready for them when they arrived. Would highly recommend!

Technicians are amazing. They do great work, communicate well, and are efficient. However, Ranger’s system of having a central office to manage incoming calls is extremely frustrating. If I miss a call from a technician, I have to call the office, they take my message, send an email to the technician to call me back, and I have to hope the technicians sees the email while they’re out performing work. This is an incredibly inefficient system and hope ranger can figure out a better solution.

Bill was exceptional. He arrived within time frame, assessed issue(s), and presented options for repair. He found and purchased parts, returned to my home and completed repairs. He was friendly, fast, cleaned up, good at communicating. Great company, You get what you pay for. Will use Ranger again.
