I posted a review about Serve Pro of Gallatin County. It was not a good review and I was upset because he put a lien on my home. I just want to say that in the past months he is now and has worked with me to try and straighten this all out. He could have just been done with me and called it that after my review but turned out to be a stand up guy and it was State Farm I should have given the bad review. He did not try and charge for a water truck but I was told that by State Farm. I apologize Brant for that review.

Brandt and his crew did an amazing job! If you want great customer service make sure you call these guys. Its a smaller company so customer service and getting the job done quickly and done right are top priorities. They showed up ahead of schedule to look at the water damage and got their equipment set up the same day. Brandt came back and checked the job and pulled the equipment on the day he promised. Top notch guys!

Brant and his guys were awesome! We had water damage and they showed up within a couple hours of getting our call on a holiday weekend. Brant kept us informed every step of the way and they stayed and got the job done and left everything cleaned up. I cannot thank them enough for making a bad situation easier to get through.
