He fixed my mom's dishwasher, had to order a replacement part and came back to install it while i was at work. My mom works remote so she there both times. Great guy and not bad price in the end. The only issue I had was the invoice was handed to my mom even though I was paying for it. Thankfully she was honest about the price to me so i could transfer her money for what she paid as this was a mother's day gift to her.

First of all, Appliance Doctor is extremely affordable. They don’t gouge you on service calls plus the cost of the repair. As long as you go with them, the service call goes towards the cost of the repair! Secondly, Gene is extremely personable and truly cares about people while being professional and efficient. I can only think of one other company in Great Falls whose customer service was as impressive as Gene’s. Not only did he quickly fix our dryer, he also took time to teach how to service it ourselves in the future to save money! I cannot recommend him enough and we will definitely be loyal customers in the future when repairs are needed.

Gene is an extremely kind and helpful person. He came in and spent a decent amount of time on my neglected dryer. He made sure the dryer was all cleaned up, the sensors were working again and the dryer vent was all vacuumed up. He cleaned my washing machine pump filter. He was instrumental in keeping us from having to buy new equipment that we couldn't afford. Appliance Dr is definitely saved in my phone list in case we need help with anything else. When I called I thought we would be looking at a month waiting time and he fit us in to his schedule in less than a week. Gene is also pet friendly. My cat loved watching him and Gene showed me pictures of his own cat. You should definitely call Gene if you need appliance help.

Doctor Appliance is absolutely amazing! We initially contacted him to help hook up our gas dryer when we moved onto Malmstrom AFB. Since then, we’ve had to replace our dryer door latch and a belt…all within our first month of living here! Each time we were able to get scheduled quickly, we were given an estimate of the cost ahead of time, he’s always shown up on time, and does a great job! I’m totally comfortable having him in my house, he’s very professional. Gene is our guy, we’ll definitely use him again for any appliance needs we have! 10/10 recommend!
