Went in 40 minutes before store closed. Spent 20 minutes walking around their kitchen and bathroom center. After not finding an employee either at the design desk or anywhere in the department. I heard the announcement the store would be closing in 15 minutes, so l went up to the check out registers and asked if anyone worked in the kitchen center. I was told "yes she is back there". Didn't you see her, that was my clue they had made enough money and did not want or need mine. So I walked out the door and went elsewhere. No service, no sale.

I stopped to get some light bulbs and listened to a lecture all the way out the door about how it's against federal law to have non-LED light bulbs. The lady couldnt explain what law this is or when it started. She just giggled and laughed and followed me to the door. I still have no idea what federal law I was breaking asking for light bulbs that aren't LEDS.

Bought cabinets from them two years later I got sick of waiting for the warranty faces to come in cause of swelling of the wood. Having to install myself and now half of the faces of my cabinets are white and the other half a faded white. I am having to custom fit each one because I guess in that time frame they raised the face of the drawers a quarter inch and they are now hitting the counter top. Rose was a nice lady but my experience was just awful. Do not I repeat do not go here

Another failure no help around when you walk in the store don't bother buying anything unless you're a 150% you'll use it or it will work. We purchased couple supply lines threw out the packaging kept the invoice credit card receipt ect .. They will not return anything!! O and all their prices are 5 to $10 more per item then the local companies.. Go to Home Depot excellent return policy or Ace?
