I want to give four stars because my particular hobby was understocked haha, but honestly we stopped here on our way back to Canada from Billings when I hadn't had luck there either. It's nice to see them rotate the stock not only with seasonal changes but the general preference of hobby of the day. The range of products was extremely consistent between different stores, and the layout similar so it was easy to find what we needed. Checkout was a bit slow but the staff was great to deal with.
I own a candle, soap and jewelry making business. Hobby Lobby has a lot of supplies I use at reasonable prices.

4-8-24 I love Hobby Lobby , I love the prices and i love the products. But today my husband and I went in looking for a few specific items, we went to the fabric isle to get stuff for a project. He went to get odds n ends and I stayed to get the fabric, the girl at the cutting table just stood there and ignored me when I asked her to have a specific fabric cut, she said you will have to bring it over yourself to have me cut it. When I explained I needed help I could not lift or carry that huge roll off the roller rack, due to my leg braces and balancing problems ( I'm crippled) she flat out ignored me, I was livid. My husband was not happy either. If that's the kind of employees you prefer at your store then I would be be glad to let the AAPD be aware of the treatment you give us. Please let me know how you intend to resolve this , to help others that are not only disabled but the elderly as well.

It's an ok place, does have some neat selection of pictures and cool nick knacks. It's an eye strain with how bright the lights are

Nice store with a good selection of items.
I was looking for safety eyes and the largest I found were only 15mm. Would have liked bigger ones and more of a selection to choose from.

Lines are always unbelievably long at checkout and without fail, I'm overcharged for items on sale...having to then get back in the long line to have another cashier issue a refund because on sale items were not rung up correctly. It's just an antiquated process. Either, train your cashiers to communicate better with customers, verbally confirming sale items...or start using actual skus. I spent 24 minutes in line today, 12 checking out the 1st time and 12 trying to get refunded for cashier error.

Cool place for the hobby lovers. You can find items for crafting and vintage decorating. Side selection of beads, wood items, furniture, artificial flowers and many other. You need time and patience to find what you like and need. It is situated inside the mall si plenty of parking.
