Needed some work done and they were able to come out the same day to help us out. From the initial phone call, everybody was very friendly, informative, and just good people. They take their time, walk you through anything and educate you on how to prevent any future mishaps. Love these guys...they did a great job and we definitely recommend them to anyone needing help.
These guys charged me $347.00 to clear a kitchen sink drain. It took 45 minutes from the time he showed up to him being done. It was a very simple job to do since there is a cleanout right under the sink.
I use multiple other plumbers in town (AT Klemens, Shawn Holm, Capcon ect.) and have never received a bill for even close to that. Most plumbers charge a service call fee and about 100 an hour. These guys charge 350 an hour and want their money right now!
These guys will not get my business again. Which is unfortunate since I know people who work there and I figured I'd give them a shot. Never again.

Excellent plumbing service. They share every aspect of their work so you have a complete understanding of what is being done and why. Very impressed.

Office secretary was very friendly on the phone during appt scheduling and was able to get someone out the same day. Service technician showed up, gave us a quote, and was able to fix our sewer issue with no problem. Very professional, informative, and timely. Would definitely recommend!

Thank you to the office manager for reaching out to me and answering my questions. I feel this issue has been resolved now.
Original post: Very expensive, and with hard sell tactics to upgrade. I tried to get my charges reduced as I felt I was overcharged (I was charged to remove plumbing, but it had already been removed, and the plumber was merely installing new faucets), and no one would call me back except the plumber (I had asked to speak to office personnel who would be familiar with their invoicing). Basically, I was charged $1020 to attach 2 new bathroom faucets (I had already purchased the faucets). I would get other bids before going with Kindred.

Our water heater went out when it was freezing cold...they sent someone out that morning and the job was finished the next day. The office ladies were wonderful and the technician Donato did such a great job installing and explaining everything for our new system! The communication was stellar all around.

The bitter cold here took its toll and for some odd reason, my furnace quit working. Kindred was the ONLY place that I could get to come right out and get us up and running again. The charge for the service call outside regular hours is a bit pricey but it is expected. The customer service was exemplary and worth the extra money on a Sunday. Thank you Kindred!

When I say that this is the place for all your plumbing needs, I mean it. They quickly identified my issues and were able to come behind other technicians at other companies here in Great Falls that couldn’t fix the job. Ultimately they had to swap the entire water heater and they did it incredibly fast before the holidays and it runs so much smoother. My experience was fantastic, truly. The whole team was phenomenal and Doug the technician overseeing the process is one to rely on. Thank you Kindred plumbing!
