I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I had great experience when we had our tub/shower taken out and put in a walk in shower. Since my husband is handicapped we have 4 bars that he can hold onto plus a built in seat. The shower has two shower heads one fixed and the other flexible. We were very pleased with the two young men who did the work. Covering was put on the carpet in the living room and also the bedroom. When they left everything was put away and left clean. Thank you guys for the great job!

Lee and his crew helped turn our dream into reality. We have a 1959 home with original primary bath. We hoped to move the toilet across the room, move the shower down 2.5 feet (new water supply & drain location), and add a dual vanity in place of the single before. This crew promptly assessed the job & provided an estimate. Upon execution, they got done in about 1/2 the anticipated time. They were professional and friendly. My husband and I are doing most of this reno ourselves, and Lee + his crew were glad to help us through the process. We will definitely be using them again! I will post before & after pics when the bath is entirely finished.

Called them this morning for a new water heater, came out, checked it, installed a new one this afternoon. Very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

Lee is top notch! You can tell he truly takes pride in what he does. He made an emergency call out to us during the -35 degree weather. He went above and beyond and we look forward to working with him in the future!

Lee and the team are amazing plumbers. They do a quality job and they are very responsive. My basement flooded and Lee found a way to get plumbers to my house to start working on the issue. Furthermore, the dedication Lee has to his customers is unrivaled because there were some unpredicted events that occurred and Lee made sure that my house was taken care of and ensured that I was in the loop with every step of the process. I will use Pipedown Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs and I strongly encourage everyone to use their services.

This is by far one of the best plumbing companies I've experienced. I get it, every one is busy. But Lee and his crew answers their phone, schedule you accordingly and ACTUALLY SHOW UP!!!!! I love their honesty and their work level is totally ? percent quality work. I highly recommend this company. Thank you for being so professional.

Tyson and Lee were great to work with and so kind. I cannot recall the other guy they had with him but he was very kind and helpful. They came to repair a leak and poor plumbing (by another company) in our house even though they were very busy and slammed with other customers, they made us feel like a priority. They did a thorough job and we are so happy the leak has been fixed!

Always there when we need them! Lee is willing to go out of his way to get our plumbing disasters taken care of fast. Sean tore out our old leaky galvanized pipes and installed new pipes. It was a big job that took alot of time and effort. He showed an enthusiasm and passion for his work that was obvious in the high quality job that was done. We couldn't be more pleased!
