Let's face it new windows are expensive. Les helped me form a game plan to replace windows and doors in 3 stages. I just had the first stage installed. (4 windows) today was 102. My house stayed cooler than it did with temps in the low 90's. Behind the curtain of the windows that have not been replaced I could feel a heat pocket. Behind the curtain of new windows no heat pocket AT ALL. I am amazed at the difference. I am 100% happy! I highly recommend this company.

Les, at Great Falls Pella, was extremely knowledgeable and skilled in helping us with picking windows and doors when we designed our home several years ago. Every choice was perfect.
Now, several years later, we had an issue with some cracking of a specific portion of the frame around the internal blinds. Pella evaluated the issue and said they had never seen that issue before. They completely replaced the affected frame in all of the affected windows at absolutely no charge. A company that actually honors their warranty!!
Any of my future purchases of windows or doors will be with Pella of Great Falls.

We ordered 2 windows from Pella the first week of May, they told us it would take about 6-8 weeks for our windows to arrive. After 2 months of no updates, we called to ask when they would be delivered and the lady who answered the phone said they would be in Billings on August 5th. I asked why no one called to tell us it would be delayed by more than a month, and she said "we just do what corporate tells us to".
Another month goes by, still no update or word on where our windows were so I called again and they stated my windows were in Billings and they could have them delivered on September 5th. At this point we were now 4 months out from when we ordered them, the weather started to get cold and we have a broken window boarded up during all these thunderstorms. They did not once even attempt to communicate with us about what was going on with our order. If we had even gotten one phone call or email letting us know what was going on, that would be one thing, but the fact that our delivery was 2 months past the delivery info they gave us was infuriating. I will never use them again. We would have just waited to use Chinook Windows if we knew it was going to take this long.

Ordered a front door and Les was very knowledgeable. Door fit perfectly. Would go there again.

We had Pella windows installed a few years ago and they have been great! I was able to design the way I wanted and put the sliders at eye level instead of on the bottom. The windows replaced the old 1960s ones that had shifted overtime and were leaking air badly. The Pella windows are so quiet with smooth operation. Les and the crew was very professional and left no mess. We plan on getting Pella to do the rest of the house when we can afford to do so.

Not helpful at all. Just needed some parts for a old window and they want to sell me all new windows. The lady in the front says they won't waste their time working on old inefficient windows. 24 windows in the house that all open great, one needs an opener and they will only sell me new windows. That's ridiculous.
