Called for a price on Vinyl siding, talked to a guy who was very rude and unhelpful. I asked for a price in a D4 type length, and requested a price for the color "egg shell". The guy's tone was extremely condescending and asked what manufacture of the siding I wanted. I told him I don't know any brands or manufactures and I just wanted some help. He told me that without me knowing the manufacture, it would be extremely difficult for him to give a price, again, in his demeaning tone of voice. Out of frustration, I said 'well I guess you cant help me then".
a few days before, a went to home depot with the same question. The lady was extremely helpful and provided a high level of customer service. She said :well we have a few different brands and suplliers, lets go through some of these and we will talk about all you options" I felt like I was being treated fairly and the lady went above any beyond to help me.
This was not the case at ProBuild in Havre, MT. I also remember my experience in store months before, I walked around and not a single person asked if I needed a hand. This business isn't for me.
They have been a great resource for quick items to continue our projects.

Wonderfully helpful staff, all the right parts I wanted, and tarps and spraypaint at bargain prices. Also new colors on the spraypaint.

I always get good service in the store from the guys. They are usually helpful and courteous. I don't buy alot there but I do have an account there for MANY years. Sara from the office is rude and condescending. Yes I do know I have an amount that needs to be paid. It was for a box of trash bags and a new faucet for my elderly mother house. I care for her 24/7 and finally found a job that works around that. But the owner at my new job doesn't have his payroll set up yet. I don't get paid till the 15th. I thought it was before then but it's not up to me when my boss pays me. I agreed with Sara that I would pay as soon as I get my first paycheck. She tells me that maybe I shouldn't charge if I don't have the money. So I guess with her attitude I'm supposed to leave my handicapped mother without water? I hung up the phone call because I thought she was done plus I am at work. Sara calls back leaving me another message about me paying my account again. Is this how she treats everyone who has an account? Because I agreed to pay the $115 or so when I get paid but please stop with the crazy. It makes me not want to shop with this store anymore. I could probably drive to Great Falls and get a better attitude. I've had an account with you since the changeover and an account with the previous company for well over 25 years. It's not like I'm not going to pay. Sometimes as humans and as people we fall on hard times.

I have gone to this store about 2 or 3 times the last several weeks and the staff here are very helpful and friendly. They have a lot of great stuff!!

Must have to be a pro to shop here. If you have any questions, you are treated like an idiot. Worth driving to Great Falls Home Depot to avoid. Found out Harlem (40miles) is way cheaper and Fort Benton (70 miles) both have lumber stores.

The cad design salesperson Ms. Joni S. is one of the best in the industry. I am a loyal customer of 6 years because of her.

More expensive than driving to Great Falls, but will price match on most things.
Taking review down a star because they were TWICE as expensive as going to Great Falls. Definitely shop around!
