And for anyone concerned about the time taken and lack of skill. The issue Is finding good reliable help as concrete must be perfect and Jace is a perfectionist. Love that about him!

The concrete pad and stairs look great. But that's the only positive comment I have. It took him over a month and a half to complete a one week job. Failed to show up when he said he would be there and never called. In the end he left a big pile of gravel which covered up the left over concrete from the steps. Beware and do not pay in full until he finishes the job. The first picture is all the leftover gravel. The 2nd one is what was hidden underneath it. The 3rd picture shows thar the slab is not level like we asked for

Very hard working team, very professional in their approach to us as well as the work that they were doing, they did what they said they were going to do, we’re timely in the morning showing up for the job, cleaned up the property, and we’re very careful not to do any damage to our property. I would highly recommend

Contractor came out to look at a large piece of property that needed a fair amount of work. He re-assured me multiple times that he understood everything needed to be done. Not once mentioned anything about not having the right equipment to complete the task at hand. Said he would get back to me by the end of the week with a bid. Never heard from him. After multiple weeks of calling and leaving multiple messages, he finally picked up his cell phone only to tell me that he did not have the right equipment to do the job. I understand smaller companies not having the right equipment to do the job, but say something before taking up someones time for multiple hours walking the property and explaining what needs to be done. Very unprofessional. Hopefully his concrete work makes up for his lack of professionalism.
