I called a few weeks ago and the man who answered said he was the guy who worked on furnaces and was too busy and the guy who works on boilers was on another call, he quickly said call someone else. I was pretty surprised because a cold snap was moving in and I had space heaters and I was having intermittent furnace issues so i was asking to have it looked at soon but not an emergency.
Fast forward to today and my parents had an issue with their furnace, they said theybdont work on weekends. Their vans say 24/7. When asked about this, the lady said "things change". I just wanna say that the license plates on the van expired in April of 2022, maybe if they worked on weekends and treated clients with respect they could afford to license Their cehicles and advertise correct hours on their vehicles!
I've hired Big Sky Plumbing and Heating twice, and will hire them again if I have plumbing needs in the future. When you call them for service they actually schedule an appointment for their next availability, whereas as other plumbers we have called or worked with in the past would only give us a vague idea of when they "might" come. Both times, the service technician was courteous and professional, and answered my questions as they completed the work.
I had some additional follow up questions after the work was completed, and they were very responsive. Very evident they care about providing good service and stand by their work.

They are very professional, efficient, and kind to the disabled residents where I work. Highly recommend.

I had an emergency plumbing need this past weekend and called out another plumber who failed to fix the problem and charge me twice as much. Big sky came out on Monday was very professional, fixed the problem and even owned up to a little mistake. I was very satisfied with Justin’s professionalism and attitude in getting the work done right. I won’t go with anyone else from now on. Thanks Big Sky.

Came out right away, had a little flood in my kitchen from my sink fixed the problem right away did a great job..

Would give then no stars! They were called to replace my filter on my well which they did then he was supposed to fixed my toilet because it wasn't flushing and I told him that I had a partial leak, the guy said I did not have a leak (which I pointed out)and he said he augered my toilet. so then I got the bill it was $250 but the problem wasn't fixed he then came back to fix it and tried to charge me another $250 while this time he decided to rip my toilet off (without telling me), not replace my wax ring or the sealant on my toilet and he said he augered it 10 times and he told me he got his auger stuck but it should be fixed, well come to find out 2 months later he had forced the elbow off my piping and I've been leaking sewer for that long....I called them he said it wasn't their fault and now I'm stuck with having to pay a different plumper a lot of money to come fix everything...the manager was rude and wasn't gonna deal with it cuz his guys are trained and it was my problem...I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING HERE!

Ian did an absolutely great job!! Highly recommend this company and their people 10 out of 10. We had a really bad backup in are sewer system and they had there guy come out within 2 hours and fix the problem.

Very professional. The technicians are very knowledgeable and skilled. They also have very competitive pricing. My only complaint is that the technician was not careful in cleaning up and left a large screw in our driveway which could have been a tire buster if hit just right.

Great work by Casey. He was punctual and I couldn’t even tell he had been there other than the new boiler was installed, he did a very clean job. He came back the next day to make sure everything was still working fine and asked if I had any questions.
The bid was a great price compared to other bids I had received. The boiler took quite a while to arrive at their shop as it was a special order due to the size I needed. I was told that upfront and I didn’t need it to be a rush job anyway. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
