Access Outfitters recently installed a Harmar stair lift in our home. They did a fantastic job - very competent and professional. We would highly recommend them.

I called and emailed them when I had an actual emergency with the elevator system at my work and they never called, texted, or emailed me. Either I'm notminportant enough or they already have souch business that they don't need to bother returningy call. I am maintenance supervisor for a local hotel and I had to help an 89 year old women climb the stairs to the second floor as we were already booked up on the first floor when she showed up. I call Otis and they showed up withing hours to fix the problem. I don't recommend "access outfitters" if you wanty honest opinion
