Ordered windows from Idaho company because we were told they were “just as good as Anderson” and they’re not. Cheaply and poorly made, assembled by kids who don’t care or don’t know what they’re doing. Trim around the glass wasn’t sized correctly and the window gets stuck when opening and can’t close it.

Amazing purchasing experience! The receptionist was kind, helpful, and responsive. Kelly gave me an excellent quote that was significantly less than other local stores. I dropped off my car topper frame on Thursday morning for a new window replacement and it was ready for pick-up on Friday afternoon - again, so much quicker than quotes I received from other competitors. Kelly even replaced the small screen on the window for free (without any prompting from me)! I am completely pleased with my entire transaction and interaction with those a part of Frontline Glass!

May 15 2023 When I first contacted them, they said my Is camper window could be in within the next week. Excited I proceeded and paid in full For a fully tempered bronze Finish. It has In 2 months now. Is still with no window. May 23 2023 Called one time and told me they ordered the wrong window. I get it, people make mistakes.I June 23 2023 Contacted me Again Thursday And told me it was in and ready to be picked up. I was out of town so when I came in. Today They told me it wasn't in and it wasn't. Ready...... Very frustrated. . Add plans to go camping Add plans to go camping in Is the fourth of july weekend Now it looks like we're back in the tent

We had our exterior doors replaced and were very happy: the guys who came to the house were professional and competent, the work was done in one day, and everything looked great and felt secure. Throughout the process from getting the quote through installation, everyone we talked to was friendly and helpful. It took awhile to get the materials we ordered in before the work could begin, but they kept us informed and were as timely as possible.

The new owner Derik, after seeing this review called us immediately and replaced some window parts, etc. He is great to work with and I would recommend Frontline Glass. New owner and new installers. THANK YOU DERRICK! Several years ago: Absolute worst customer service. Very attentive at the shop when selling windows and installation but when installation begins it is a steep downhill from there. BAD work ethic and expertise of installers. For example, they had to replace some siding and they put up a completely different color and design of siding, which we insisted they replace; numerous missed appts; shoddy work; used the wrong kind of caulking; and the list goes on. The owner was impossible to work with!

We liked our quote but were leary of the install due to some of the reviews. I went to Frontline Glass to discuss before committing and their response was positive not defensive.Our 4 new double paned windows were put in the basement in one day even though they allotted 2 days. Elton arrived on time, was very friendly, efficient and conscientious. As you can see from the before and after photos it is difficult to caulk the outside due to the small window wells but the install looks terrific both inside and out. Elton did a great job cleaning up and took pride in his work. The windows are quality and the panes remove easily to clean. It was well over $1000.00 cheaper than the closest bid. We highly recommend Frontline Glass.

Frontline is my go too for any glass needs. We have a rental they came and quoted me for, couldn't figure something out on my quote, they came back out immediately and went over it again. I absolutely love working with local companies that treat their customers right. They could have easily said x, y and z are the reasons and they didn't, they gave me some things to try to fix the window myself, which worked and we saved a good chunk of money!
