Very happy with my decision to buy from Pella. After many fruitless trips to big orange and big blue, I decided to bite the bullet and pay more for what turned out to be a remarkably better product. Sales staff was great. They get five stars because of their installer. Best installer/contractor/builder I have ever dealt with in Helena. I have one of those really old Victorian homes in the central part of town. Some people won't even work at my home, Pella's installer went above and beyond to provide an exceptional service, including cleaning up after himself!
Dallas and Bailey are super helpful and a wealth of knowledge. Great Service every time I stop in or call. Always ready to answer any and all questions. They both helped us pick out new doors and windows. Both projects turned out great!

My husband and I were very impressed with Dallas and his whole team. We replaced all the windows in our 1970's home and the team completed the whole project in half a day! We were so pleased with how friendly everyone was and how they respected our home. We enjoy looking out our windows now. Our home just feels cheery with so much beautiful natural light! And our curb appeal has greatly improved with the new windows. Beyond 5 star service! Every interaction with Dallas made us feel like we were his only clients with how well he took care of us and responded in a timely manner. Plus the whole job was a few thousand less than other quotes we had gotten from big home improvement stores. Bonus! So glad we went with someone local!

Dallas at Pella Windows in Helena did a great job explaining the window products and helped up decide which would be the best choice for all of the windows in our home. Price was great, windows arrived sooner than expected and the installers were very professional. Love my new windows !

Montana Log Restoration, Inc.
Pella is a great company, particularly the Bozeman, MT store and working with Logan Eaton. We (Montana Log Restoration, Inc.) work specifically on Log Homes, restoring interiors and exteriors and Pella windows have been our go to when replacing windows and doors. Love the pre-finished interiors and correct extension jams which saves us a lot of time. Thanks Logan Eaton and Pella!

Awesome place! I worked with Dallas. He was quick to provide me a quote and some other options I hadn’t thought of. The quality of their windows and doors are seriously unbeatable. We will always use Pella and Dallas specifically for anything we need in the future.

Our Pella windows are great! We have casements, awnings, fixed glass and a slider. They all work well and look fantastic! Dallas Eaton at Pella Mt in Helena was easy to work with and has taken care of the one service issue created by our 3 yr old. We would use them again for sure.
