Kelly was very prompt in getting my inspection booked ASAP. He was incredibly thorough and had absolutely no problem if I wanted to be there through the whole inspection. He has an incredibly trained eye, and caught things that the normal person would’ve missed. He was very professional, and answered all my questions. Kelly got my inspection report to me same day. The report was well laid out, clean and detailed. Not a single thing wasn’t looked at and I really appreciate the amount of time he spent inspecting things. I feel very confident in the work that he performed. His prices were outstanding compared to some who offer the same quality. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend Conklin home inspections to anyone looking for a professional and extremely thorough inspection.

Kelly was very professional and made this process very easy and stress free. We are buying a single family home from out of state and haven't even seen the property yet. Kelly was recommended to us by a family member because he is very thorough and detailed. From start to finish the process is streamlined, Kelly sent us the link to pay and the inspection was scheduled only a few days later. He coordinated with my realtor and this was a fast process. He had the inspection sent to my email same day. I was very impressed and I will be referring Kelly to friends and family!

Kelly is a patient, thorough inspector and easy to work with. He took the time to show us his findings and answer questions. I appreciated his ability to explain things in layman's terms. He has a straightforward process for scheduling and was more than generous with cancellations and rescheduling. The report was full of pictures, video, and an easy to understand summary. Kelly was very polite and profession. He provided and thorough and complete inspection. He walked through the property with me, explained everything plainly, and took time to answer my questions without rushing the process. He was able to schedule the inspection within a few days even though the property was located in Libby. He was very easy to communicate with via phone and text.

We chose Conklin Home Inspections because they promised a thorough inspection and that we would receive a detailed report with photos and videos (if applicable) the same evening as the inspection. Kelly did not disappoint! He was professional, friendly, and very thorough! He responded to initial questions quicky and it was so easy to quickly schedule and contract for services with this business.
The report was extremely detailed and all of the photos and videos were a bonus to show us exactly what any issues were.
We were onsite during the inspection and Kelly spoke with us when he was finished about his particular concerns and gave us recommendations on how we could best remedy them.
Our inspection was scheduled quickly and completed ahead of schedule. We were very appreciative of that as we were in the area for a limited time.
We definitely recommend Conklin Home Inspections for anyone needing inspection services.

I had a home inspected remotely and relied on Kelly Conklin to give a critical review of the home since I did not see it in person myself. I was provided an extremely detailed 100+ page report of the home with plenty of pictures and a follow-up radon measurement report. The report is easy to follow and organized neatly. There were no surprises when we arrived to the new home. Kelly did an excellent job of identifying and documenting areas of concern and I don't feel as though anything was missed. I would definitely go back to Kelly Conklin for future home inspection needs.

Kelly was absolutely marvelous. We used him to inspect a home we purchased in Whitefish Montana. He took time before the inspection to talk with me and understand our needs and concerns. He return calls promptly and with excellent customer service. The inspection report was incredibly detailed about all aspects of our home. Many pictures were included and the write ups were clear yet concise. Kelly took time to talk to me after the inspection so that I understood his main concerns and how best to address them.It was a very positive experience for me and my wife.
