Zero complaints, only praises! The guys showed up exactly when promised each day and worked hard until the project was finished. 2 1/2 days to completely replace 21 windows, really impressive! Rocky, Trevor and Jonah were very friendly, professional and really fun to have around….. how often can you say that about guys doing work on your house? From start to finish, they did an A+ job. They also did a great job of cleaning up messes and vacuuming up dust and debris from the days work every afternoon before leaving- that speaks volumes of the professionalism and integrity of these gentlemen and of Aluma Glass.

Had two windows replaced and ordered extra screens. The two techs that installed my windows initially were great. Couple things that bothered me were 1. They couldn't finish the same day because the foam seal had to dry before they could do the trim. So why wouldn't they schedule me for 2 back to back appts rather than have me wait two weeks with unfinished windows. THEN the day before they were to come back out, I got rescheduled.. TWICE! So it wasn't until the 5th appt that they finished. 2. When Rocky came out the 3rd scheduled time, I came home to dirt scratches all over my inside trim and my extra ordered screens sitting on my counter. I find out a couple days later that he told my tenant that they aren't allowed to work past noon on Saturdays so if I can't figure out how to get screen in to call and they will come back out. Dirt on trim, you would think " no big deal, I can clean it. But the second you try cleaning it the primer they put on comes off(see photo). So in summary. Not happy with being rescheduled 3 times and the fact that they don't take pride in their finished product appearance. I mean, what's the point of putting 1 single layer white primer on it if it's going to come off when I try to clean off your dirt and scratches. "You shouldn't have to paint it inside cause your inside trim is already white" Yeah right!

Derek with Aluma Glass told my Dad his entire homes windows that were fogged on the inside would NOT be covered under Warranty, he paid to have them replaced, then we found out Milgard would have covered them. After install, the installer told us there is no warranty on the replacements because it was just glass replacement, which raised questions. We called Milgard, they said full lifetime warranty like all their Residential windows. I asked about the fogged ones, they said they would have been covered as long as we are the original owners, which is the case. She even said they replace them if you rent it out as a short term rental. All they do is a title search. However, she said there is nothing they can do because they were already replaced. Aluma Glass has been avoiding my dad’s calls, no updates. His last call to them, they lied and said it’s only 10 year warranty. A month after install Milgard says Aluma Glass still never ordered the bathroom window they were short on during install, that he paid for. Aluma Glass, you only carry 5 brands of Windows! It is YOUR responsibility to know their warranties! If you can’t keep track of simple warranties, maybe you should refer homeowners to the Manufacturer! You owe Don money! I am giving you a chance to reimburse him, or this story is going into several Facebook community groups, with thousands of people in them, as well. You have 7 days to respond and reimburse.

Contacted them in search of glass for a snake enclosure and am very happy with the end result. They custom cut and installed panes of glass in my door frames and I can't wait to stain them and install them on our new enclosure. Andrew was very patient and helpful as I had to be careful with what adhesives were used to make sure they would not be toxic to my pet once exposed to heat/humidity. Grateful for their help and will add a pic once they're installed :)
