Jim arrived on time. He was very careful to not damage our wood floor. He explained what he intended to do. Although he could not fix the problem due to lack of needed parts, he apologized. He left the place clean and gave clear and written instructions on which parts are needed. Jim is a big asset for this business. I hope they appreciate him as much as we did.

Appliance Pros is amazing. Their staff are professional and kind. We've hired them to fix and install appliances over a dozen times in the past few years and we've have always had good experiences working with them.

Not only did Jim show up on time, but he was personal, professional, informative and a very nice young man. We will highly recommend him to friends and family for any of their repair needs. Extremely satisfied!

Repair on my dishwasher was subcontracted to them by Fred's appliance. They came out with the correct part but for the wrong dishwasher. They had the part number of mine and the tech was confused why they ordered the wrong part. Said they would get the right part and get back to me. Fast forward 2 months of nothing from them and not responding to communications I reach out to Fred's. They reach out direct to the dispatcher and magically I get a call from appliance pros 1 hour later stating the part had shipped. BS. Fred's will be completing the repair now. What a waste of months!

Super greatful for Appliance Pros staff... Honesty, financially, understanding, friendly service tech. and most of all flexible to schedule appointment that worked for us. Never pushy just made it work out.. Highly recommend by our whole household

I appreciate that the technician was courteous of my time by arriving on time. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, as well as sharing with me some tips to maintaining my dishwasher for the long haul. Very friendly and personable. I would highly recommend for any dishwasher repair needs.

In the past 7 years since moving to Missoula, I've used Appliance Pros several times. Just recently, they unhooked and moved all my kitchen appliances for a renovation and then hooked them all back up again. Sean and Jim are THE BEST! They are so knowledgeable and very professional. Norma is great to work with and always pleasant on the phone. I will continue to call them for all my repairs and will recommend them to friends.

This company is top notch. They were super accommodating with gettin me in quickly and having to reschedule. Figured out our problem and gave advice on maximizing lifespan of our appliance. Very friendly and affordable too. I highly recommend
